Beauty/Haircare products need to be in a cool temperature at all times or they can go bad. Every time I get something from them it’s dry rotted or bad. Not even expired on sale stuff I get & it’s gone bad. So I think they are letting the store get hot.

Customer service was awful they didn’t help at all, there were two cashiers, a young lady and a old woman, every time the young lady “helped me” she did it in a obvious tone and with attitude, I asked for help and they didn’t want to help me, I’ll never going to go again to that site, I don’t recommend it at all with those to workers

Today it was one of my lucky days ,walking into the Sally's and every customer that walked in,the 2 ladies said welcome to Sally's. Lourdes and Jackie were professional, helpful and nice. I explained to Jackie to the mishap with my hair and it wouldn't have happened if the other employee would have guided me the right way., what I needed, etc. I am changing my rating to 5 because of these two employees,the other lady wasn't there today but she knew who I was talking about, it's like pulling teeth whenever I go there, asking a simple question ,she has a bad attitude. At least I got all my questions answered and Jackie gave advice, so that was a plus !!
