Terrible attention, I asked for attention in Spanish and the very rude employee told me that this is the US and Spanish is not spoken, I answered him in English and informed him that I am an American citizen but that I wanted assistance in Spanish, very rude, he hung up on me

New manager is fantastic! He is nice, respectful & has great customer service. 10000% better than than the old manager. I started back coming here just for the respect.Store still doesn’t have that great of stuff and is pretty unorganized, but hopefully that’ll change.

I donate many of my clothes and shoes at this location. It's convenient. There is a drop off bin inside the front of the store. The Salvation Army can also provide a receipt for your donation. I have donated clothing and various items for many years.

Smaller thrift store compared to the other Salvation Army stores in Broward. But extremely consistent in inventory, Wednesday is half off day. I do antiques buying and selling as a hobby. Probably bought more stuff to resale that actually sold here than any other thrift store in town. Recent management change however that is questionable and I saw the quality of the items decrease the first time I stopped by after the management change. And the previous management was top class. Plus they updated their systems a few months ago that they no longer take either American Express or Apple Pay which is annoying, and I don’t know why they can’t fix it. So bring cash/physical debit card.Update, while some of my previous concerns are valid, like the credit card systems, thus no 5 stars, the quality of the items are starting to increase again, and the new manager is a sweetheart (I didn’t meet him the first time). Also needs better door control on Wednesday when it opens. But pretty much back to normal. Great stuff, nice antiques and so forth.

I will never donate to the Salvation Army again. Ill take it to an independent thrift store or a shelter. Goodwill is supposed to help those in need but charges more than Ross or DD’s discounts. Taking advantage of the vulnerable, especially when it comes to donated furniture. Very disappointed.

As other posters have stated they can be overpriced and the parking can be awful. I try not to go on Wacky Wednesday and instead go on Senior Discount Day. I have never really found any clothing I like here so Wacky Wednesday is a waste. I did find some bar stools and 2 outdoor chaise loungers here. The stools could have been cheaper however the loungers were definitely a steal. If I am in the area I always stop. Better than Goodwills nearby.

Parking is horrible. Don't even bother going here on a busy day like their sale day on Wednesday. Pricing has gone up in the past year which is a shame. Lots of ripped and/or soiled clothing. "name brand" items like Banana Republic are $19 for a jacket. Unfortunately this store has gone downhill and the pricing is delusional. You can find some decent stuff here but be prepared to search for it. Very unorganized. Employees are wonderful though!
