“I came into the office and just slid into the seat at Lisa's desk felt like I was speaking with family already. She made the process simple and the tour was very informative and she even answered questions I had on the elevator ride up to see the unit. She offered refreshments y'all it was water but I was parched😁 The facility was nice and cooled. Air-conditioned of course cause we are in Hot Florida. Junior was present during my onboarding process and was also very polite. Check them out if you're moving or just storing some things short term or long term.”

I can’t say enough great things about the team at this Extra Space Storage location! Nicole Victory and her coworker Jerome were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nicole was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to walk me through all the options and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my choice.
Jerome was just as helpful—friendly, Funny, efficient, and clearly committed to providing top-notch customer service. Together, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, but it’s the staff that really sets this place apart.

“The ladies at this public storage was a big help Ms.April and the other lady I can’t think her name but they help me out getting what I needed in person, do not deal with there customer service team over the phone they are from overseas and their managers over the phone are just as terrible they scam me out of money! Please do your business in person! The inside team is better they know their work! But Ms April thank you so much you deserve a Raise! For knowledge of your Job, and how helpful and kind you were to me thank you I was already going through a hard time, and you helped me by just being kind! God bless you for that Ms!
