Manager’s customer service is subpar at best! Go to the regular Sephora instead. Not a great experience!

Visited sephora on Wednesday night at 830, asked the 1st salesperson, "can you show me where the sephorha brand foundation is?" And she said, " they are along the back wall" and pointed to an area in the back of the store. I went and looked, I saw that the packaging looked different, so I walked up to the front, and another employee was spraying the counter down, and I asked her for help. I said, " hi, can you help me find a foundation, and I pulled out the one I had in my bag'. She looked at it and said, " I don't know which one that is, you need to go back there and use the testers"..
What??? No help..After asking 2 people.. I was ready to buy a new bottle of foundation, and had she helped, probably even concealer as well.
Stores wonder why people are buying online.
The customer service was horrible. I left without buying a thing.
I understand that it was 830 and they closed at 9, but retail stores need to do better to keep people shopping in the stores..

Sephora consistently delivers great customer service! The staff is always friendly, professional, and ready to help with any questions. Whether I need product recommendations or help finding something, they go above and beyond to ensure I have a great shopping experience.
Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for quality products and excellent service!

I walked in here to get me some skin care and beauty items . I was waiting at the register and the cashier took the woman behind me instead of cashing me out . I was the only black woman in the Sephora section and they made me feel like I didn’t belong here . I dropped my items and left the store . I WILL NEVER RETURN

Laura(Lauren) was fantastic, I came in a bit lost for what I need, but after joined effort - left very satisfied, I also was able to claim my late bday gift and it truly made my day. She was a definition of helpful but not annoying sales consultant and I rarely leave review but she genuinely deserves 5 stars.The bad side is that this Sephora is very limited in their stock, especially travel size perfumes were almost all gone. Be ware.

I have had a bad experience at this store with a previous employee just being very rude and when I asker her for stuff just pointed and didn't look me in the face. However when I went today there were these two young ladies who changed my whole experience and I appreciate their kindness dearly. Henna and India thank you so much for helping me find what I need and being so patient with Me You deserve all the credit. Best customer service I've had in a long time living here in Florida

I stopped in here, hoping to get my favorite Opi nail polish. This is not a regular Sephora store I found out. It is a very small area inside Kohl's with limited items! There's not much to see.Basically, it is an unmanned small section of space rented by Sephora with a few hair products and some makeup items.There were no salespeople to help you. We were there for a little while, but no one was around to help.We don't think we will be back from what we observed.
