The lady at the register is rude needs customer service training, also their transaction machine charges $3 minimum for credit cards even when I’m just purchasing a $1 item so she wants me to use my debit card which I do and she has nothing but problems trying to process the transaction then has the audacity to ask me if i have another card I can use, really? I have several credit cards but one debit card at the end I get frustrated how she is handling my debit card so I ask for it back and leave.

Gas pump was really slow. More than that, the prices on the items in store aren't labeled. That's a pet peeve of mine. the customer should be aware of prices

Customer service has always been good. However, no 5 star due to the gas pumps. My cards are always getting stuck in them. I have also heard other people having the same problem a well please get them fixed.

I came just to get gas real quick. Karla gave me the best experience I’ve ever had a a gas station. She welcomed me and thanked me for my business. Thats never happened to me at a gas station . I sure hope she is being recognized for her stellar service. 🥳

Not customer friendly at all. Before I go on yes I used the f word and my middle finger but I was frustrated. I came for the first time to do a car wash and just needed some guidance. After I went through my car went off the track and they told me I had to go through the car wash again because there wasn't enough soap. I was already frustrated and just asked for my refund. the manager of the store named Johnny approached me with such a condescending attitude that he was not looking to help me at all. it wasn't the money it was the way I was treated I got frustrated and used expletives because I didn't know what else to do. I even said keep the money just give me back the tip he said he couldn't do it .why am I tipping for bad customer service? finally I got the owner's number and after he spoke to them and got their side he called me back and told me he wasn't going to judge me but I was the one that used the f word and put the middle finger up when I tried to explain he wouldn't let me talk he just said we're going to give you your refund and this is your first and last time here. that is no problem .I wouldn't even want the refund if you were nice but you were willing to listen to The other guys side of the story and not mine that is not good customer service by the way when your employee walks away from One customer to get payment from the other that speaks volumes about your business no wonder you guys are not busy. Actually good customer service skills would be to hear both sidesGood luck to this rude money oriented non helpful business. It's funny how Johnny quickly would like to make things right with the men that complain on here but to women he treats way differently. Also Johnny you may not want to tell people that you're the only manager because obviously there's a manager on top of you just as idiotic as you but a manager on top of you. All you had to do was be nice but hey I ended up getting my full refundThanks.

You must collect receipts at the cashier and not directly from the service machine. They feature useless locking levers, so you have to hold it until you're done filling.

Unfortunately the reviews are true burning bad smell from air vents in car due to low quality gas, DO NOT PUMP HERE, at least until they fix it.
