I had the best experience shopping at this location! The manager Rob was so attentive and accommodating. All I had to do was look over at a shoe and he would already get the size I needed! Thank you Rob!

Bittersweet experience. I went to the store to get some boots for a party I was going to that night. Took the shoes home and went to run other errands. By the time I was getting dressed, I opened the box to put the shoes on just to only find one shoe in the box. I was devastated. I took a chance and called the store even though they had just closed 4 minutes prior. Left a message saying how I only had one shoe and luckily for me I received a call back. Associate Robert called and said he will wait for me to give me the other foot. When I got to the mall, security would not let me inside since they were technically closed. Robert then met me at the entrance, shoe in hand. I made it to the party with the shoes I wanted all thanks to him. There are still kind people in this world

If I could give this store, zero stars I would. The store manager is the rudest most sarcastic person I’ve ever spoke with so unprofessional. I bought a pair of thigh, high leather boots for Christmas, and they would not stay up on my legs even with the little gummy thing on the inside around the thigh. So I came back to the store two weeks after I bought them to exchange them and she would not help me. She told me that maybe I should’ve worn them around my house first. THESE ARENT CHRISTIAN LOUBITONS I SHOULDNT HAVE TO DO THAT WITH 100 dollar boots. I made a complaint with corporate and wish I had the dark brown haired lady’s name. She should NOT be working with customers. I have been a long time customer and spent thousands on shoes with you guys you will NEVER get another penny from me. This is the worst store I’ve ever dealt with.

The attention of the girl with blonde hair and who speaks Spanish was super bad. I just left the store. I just wanted to change some tennis shoes that I bought and they were too small. I didn't have the receipt with me. I understand perfectly what the employee wanted to tell me, just that It was not the way, to work with the public it has super bad service

I went to exchange a pair of shoes sadly I wasn't able to provide my return receipt. But the treatment from one staff member ..She is blond and speaks spanish. Her client service skills are rude unprofessional. She needs a good awakening or a ee training.

!!!!HORRIBLE!!!I purchased heels from this location where I then took home and tried on came to the conclusion that the Heels were extremely uncomfortable!I went back to the store exactly 35 DAYS later! With the intent NOT TO GET MY MONEY BACK… because I was well aware I passed the 30 days you have to get your money back which is COMPLETELY FINE! I simply wanted to either get a bigger size and or exchange for another pair of heels that weren’t uncomfortable. And I was accused of “walking on rocks” by the store manager! and was denied absolutely no solution!THANK YOU SOO MUCH TO THE KIND MANAGER AT THE SAWGRASS LOCATION where I addressed the same… thing I told the general manager at Pembroke Pines THAT I ONLY PUT THE SHOES ON INSIDE OF MY HOUSE ONCE TO TRY THEM ON! How else would I know the heels are comfortable or not unless I put them on! But because it was “clear” I wore them “over rocks” she refused to help!WHERE THE GENERAL MANAGER AT SAWGRASS GAVE ME NOOO ISSUE AT ALL. AND LITERALLY SAID “these shoes don’t even look that bad”SO AGAIN THANK YOU TO THE GENERAL MANAGER IN SAWGRASS!As Per the location in pines I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

I called the store to see if the shoes I wanted to exchange were in my size. Nicole was very helpful she actually looked for my size while I was on the phone to avoid me driving there for no purpose. The store was 10 mins from closing and this lovely young woman waited for me to complete her final transaction. ironically we shared the same birthday no wonder she was generous enough to wait for me. Thank you so much Nicole for your excellent customer service. I will definitely be visiting this location again

I needed a pair of shoes for a party, the sales associate Nicole was very helpful and picked out the best pair for me! The store was also very organized and had great customer service!
