My experience with this bank was, great the service was very pleasant. And any questions I had , they were more than happy to answer them. Also they were very informative about new products they had to offer. Considering what I was looking for in a good banking. ?

Negative 10!!I currently bank with a credit union. They are pretty good.However, I have lost my card and had a few bill pay issues, and wanted another account for backup.I tried several times to open a new account online and it has several times denied me. Always tells me to go to the bank! ???? IMy son, however, with credit issues, was easily approved twice!!The 2nd time, he went in and deposited a $6500 CASHIERS CHECK a LOCAL BANK, easily verified within a day!!He was happy as well, as he has lost his cards before and I’m sure everyone knows, that is a hassle.They immediately locked him out of his account, stating it is under investigation?!!?! For?? No answer!!Cashier checks used to be the way to go, They are verified funds. However, criminals make this harder. I understandBUT, when the funds are drawn from a bank across town, easily verified,They decided to open an investigation ??? Because he was a new account, that went in and showed his ID.They took the check, immediately blocked his account, although on his widget, they have cleared $5000, they won’t release it!!They want to hold these funds, as long as possible KNOWING they are good, because he unknowingly opened an account with them.What they are investigating, is unknown!!Guess what, I won’t be looking for an account with them, my son, WhEN these witches release his funds will leave, and I pray for no one to be taken like my son.I am believing they target people with credit issues, hoping they are dealing with people that won’t or can’t defend themselves.WRONG ?

I will be closing my truist accounts soon. They repeatedly place “holds” on my deposits and cause me real life problems. They hold tens of thousands of dollars given in good faith for 7 days causing me and my family immense stress. I do not recommend this bank and will be discontinuing my business with them and warning everyone to steer clear of this bank. The reason they hold deposits is for profit and no other reason. If they hold 10,000 customers deposits for 7 days they now earn interest from millions of dollars held while their customers struggle to survive. Do not put your trust in truist!!

ZERO STARS!This location would not let me inside during regular operational hours. Anything I needed, they turned me away. Cashier’s check? Printer down. Deposit? Use walk up. No debit card? Deposit bonds? The system is down. Not possible on a Saturday. Horrible customer service. Truist should be ashamed of having their name on this location. It is worse than diarrhea coming out of my great Dane’s butt. I took an uber to get here and was not even allowed inside the the door because apparently there is a front door screening interview to even enter. I will be closing my Truist account and will be using Chase or TD.

IF YOU HAVE TIME IN YOUR LIFE TO WAISTE GO TO THIS BANK!! THERES A REASON THERES ONLY A FEW OF THEM AROUND THIS ZIPCODE BECAUSE THEYRE HORRIBLE!!! CAME HERE TO OPEN A CHECKING ACCOUNT 3 BANKERS WALKED BY ME AND SAID THE SAME “someone will help you soon” 1 HOUR LATER NO ONE CAME!! THEN THEY GOT MAD THAT I CALLED THEM OUT FOR JUST STANDING THERE DOING NOTHING AND GM WOULDNT GIVE ME HER NAME !! HORIIBLE!!!!!

I wouldn't normally write a review for a bank BUT I recently had some fraud I was dealing with and the the three bankers that I met with were amazing. Those three times I was in a panic when I walked in and smiling when I left. I will say that the bank can have very slow service, but they are giving each person attention, so I can't complain.

Horrible customer service. This bank makes things incredibly difficult especially if you want to close your account. This is a perfect place to find a waiting room full of irate clients.

The rudest bank staff you will ever deal with. This bank runs out of letterhead, won’t have enough cash for modest withdrawals, and the staff finds reasons to give customers issues. I have been treated in this branch as an identity thief despite handing the staff member both my photo ID that clearly shows me on it and debit card. Absolutely ridiculous. Will be switching to Wells Fargo.

I never had to wait so long for someone to attend it was at the drive-through.Waiting inside on the people that were sitting next to me no I was there before then because the lady explained that she did not take me first because I didn’t put my name on the list.I think it’s time for me to take business elsewhere

Banking has become a horrible task that has left all of us no recourse but to search for another way to move your money. Less staff less facilities 10 to 15 minute wait lines to make a deposit and sometimes I have to pay the meter to walk in. The banks want us to dread going there I guess. .
