It was the WORST bank ever; they blocked our business account for a zelle transaction sent. They forced us to physically go into a branch while on a business trip. The Branch Leader, Vice President Andrea P., left us on hold with NO intention of taking the call for 55 minutes while knowing we were calling while roaming from overseas.. she said I’d be back and disappeared—a great place to waste time and money.

One of the most awful banks which I have ever seenBecause of their irresponsible attitude to our company (CBA logistics LLC) our owner could pay salary to the drivers to me as well (I am working with them for about 2 years).Because of them a lot of families was left without payments for rents, foods and unpaid bills.The most important thing they didn't explain the reason why they did such kind of thing.I strongly recommend everyone not to do business with Truist. They don't care at all about their customers.

Really rate -10, this bank is holding my companies (CBA Logistics) money every week with no valid or acceptable reason. Truist Bank is putting many family lives in very bad situations causing more harm than they know for no reason. I’m not sure if it’s just this location or Truist as whole but I recommend and advise everyone not to do business with Truist they do not value there customers to no degree. Bank with Navy Federal or any other credit union institution these banks are falling and failing tremendously.

I will have very bad associations with Truist Bank. Today I was told in the accounting department that I will not be able to receive my salary. Because Truist Bank blocked the account of CBA Logistics LLC without explaining the reasons. I'm just in shock. I've been with this company for three years and have never been denied a salary. When I asked my company when I could receive my money, the company replied that the bank plans to freeze our money for at least two weeks. I have a question for Trueist Bank, do you want to ruin ordinary workers? Or leave our children without food. It's just outrageous. Do not work with this bank.

Truist bank is the worst one as I've ever seen in US in these days. I'v been working in CBA Logistics as an accountant more than 3 years but had no any problems with another banks but there're too much headache with Truist Bank from first day. These days Truist Bank has put my Company's funds on hold and being very rude which is unacceptable. We couldn't make payments for our drivers for their hard work . It seems to me that they are not following global bank instructions as they think they can do whatever they want. But with my experience I can say that with another Banks like Chase , Wellsfargo, BOA I had no any problems at all. You need to think deeply and double check before start working with Truist bank and if you're already with them, don't trust to Truist bank anymore to avoid future financial problems with them.

Good evening, my name is Roy Naranjo this is an message to all that this bank does not take care of people’s money. This bank put my manager’s account on hold and I wasn’t able to receive my payment for today. This is a disrespect to all the truck drivers because they also weren’t able to cash out after their money was due. I’m looking forward to making a statement with all of my truck drivers against this bank because I shouldn’t be nervous about not receiving my money when it’s due. This bank has no respect towards people and happens in all countries where Truist is located at.

I have big complaint to the Truist Bank. I’m truck driver in company CBA Logistics LLC since year 2020, and until today didn’t got my salary checks late. But, today my company’s representative notified me that my pay check can be delayed for two weeks, because their accounts was frozen by this bank’s crime department without any notice and explanation. This is ridiculous and I’m sure, that only Truist banks fault, because I know company where I’m working very well. I’m highly not recommend to do business with this bank. They blocking accounts without any notice and explaining. Now I’m late in my payments and schedules because of this banks big fault. Unprofessional and ridiculous.

Hello everyoneI have a bad comment on this Truist Bank financial crime department. I’m a loyal driver since 5 years in CBA Logistics LLC, and this bank ( Truist Bank ) is not paying and holding my companies money. They are not even providing the reason on why they are not paying. Their attitude to costumers leave much to be desired!I’m in trouble now of this payment, because I have a big family issue and I have a truck payment, credit payment, and so on .Right now I’m stuck on the road because of my fuel card is frozen and I don’t have enough money to get fuel , because of this bank my work stopped.They couldn’t have notified us earlier that they are going to delay the payment but they were ignoring us when we were trying to get our money.They are working unprofessional way with their customers, that is what you have to know before starting to work with them.I highly advise you guys…..,NOT TO WORK WITH THEM !!!!!!!!

I have to park at the qualcare building on Van Buren and risk getting towed to use my local bank ATM after hours. There is never parking available there at night. A nightclub opened up where Mamma Mia's used to be

The ultimate customer experience. Regina- Branch Manager and Natalie made an otherwise difficult situation a positive experience. They went beyond the typical "the system doesn't allow us to do that" but actually researched it, called the IT department to get resolution (while still servicing other customers in line and in the driver-thru with smiles and for this I'm grateful. THIS IS my branch from now on. They helped but also educated me on what to do if this happens again. Previously in this Branch Hugo spoke with another Banks VP to help walk me through a wire transfer at almost closing waited with me until finds were we received in my account. This team rocks. Marcia thank you for always being the ultimate greeter.

Terrible location. Very hard to park at. There is NO free parking so you have to pay a meter. The lot in front of the bank is very small and shared with other businesses. No drive thru. The teller line is frequently very long amd they always seem to have just one teller or a trainee who needs constant help with a long line and they just thank you for being patient or apologize for the wait but that only goes so far when you don't do anything to make it better.

horrible.... the worst. I have an account with SunTrust and BB&T, after they merged I was not able to get into my accounts and no one has helped me. I tried updating everything like it stated and since both accounts have the same phone number. when I sign in to BB&t is SunTrust account and when i try to log in to SunTrust account it wont sign in and no one seems to be able to help me. Worst service ever. worst bank ever. Horrible service from both SunTrust and BB&t
