The customer service at this location always sucks , also they don't have a lot of items that the other taco bells have , like loaded beef nachos, they tell me they don't have them even though it's on the menu still and other locations have it .

This place is very neglected. Always smells like humid floors, sodas are very watery, customer service is terrible and if you order in the restaurant they take 20mins to give you the order specially since they prioritise drive thru orders.

They do not have forks. I found that to be crazy. The sauces were not spicy. It was an okay experience.

Ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito at the drive through, got home it was the wrong burrito it was a beefy cheese something with crunchy chips in it. Shouldn't have to check every item to verify it's the right order and driving 15 min away means I'm not willing to drive back to have it remade. With prices increasing so much I expect accuracy on my orders especially when I came for this item in particular.

Okay so they have successfully gotten my order wrong many of times and at this point I’m just so disappointed that I no longer want to come here! They forgot my enchiladas burrito and Mexican pizza twice now! This is very frustrating and I hate having to return just to retrieve these items. I placed a complaint online and no one followed up or offered any compensation.

I order a #3 and it took 20 mins just to make and they added sour cream when I told them not to this is my 2 time coming here and both of my orders are wrong don’t come here they will mess up worse Taco Bell

There were only maybe three or four employees in there from what I could see so I just stood patiently at the counter, I was not in a hurry but after like a 7-8 minute wait (and the employees saw me, they made eye contact) THEN they tell me I can't order at the counter and I had to use the computer thing they had there. It would've been real nice and respectful of my time if y'all could have told me that before waiting that long. And I had to wipe the table off cuz whoever sat there earlier must've got more on the table than in their mouth cuz food everywhere. But the food was good.

It's very sad when you walk into a restaurant and the first thing they agree with is you have to use the kiosk and there's no manager on duty.

Had the worst experience ever going to a Taco Bell, ordered 3 soft tacos got to the front and politely asked if I can add one more then was told no it’s too late must I remind you I’m the only person in the line ? no one show up here and I see why, please close this location so something more beneficial to the area can do business here.

I came to the store late at night to grab a bite after a long day of working just to be told by the staff that we have to order Uber eats which equated to about $60.00 and then had to wait in the line for them to tell us they technically close at 3 because they have to “clean” when hours of operation say 4am. It’s such a joke the way they choose to treat happily paying customers.
