Probably the worst TD bank in the city. The ATM inside is always broken and the service is horrible. I came in today to get a replacement card and the bank manager Hope claimed she couldn't do it because the phone number isn't "verifiable" to send the security code to. Mind you they have my ID and can verify it's me AND I've used this phone number before to get a code yet she claims she can't do it. I then asked her to add my phone number she then tells me it's added yet she cannot do it. Worse branch in the city.EDITSo I went to another branch and guess what, they were able to verify and give me a card with no problems.

I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes, staff walked everywhere around me and not even a good morning or someone will be with you momentarily. The customer service that i received this morning was horrible. Two ladies sitting in the office and didn’t have the decency to say anything to me. It’s as if I was invisible. I’m planning on switching my bank! No customer service. No human decency!

I went to withdraw some money through the Drive Thru window service. When I arrived, I found that the teller who was supposed to assist me was busy looking at something on her system along with another bank employee. I submitted my request along with the necessary documents, but the wait for the withdrawal turned out to be unnecessarily long.Feeling frustrated, I decided to communicate my concerns about the delay to the teller. However, her response was unsatisfactory. With some discomfort, I asked her why there was such a delay, and she simply replied, "I will attend to you shortly." Several minutes passed, and growing increasingly uncomfortable, I politely asked her to return my documents as I was going to another bank. It was at that moment, in an imperious and arrogant tone, she handed me the money and commented that if I was in a hurry, I could have used the ATM.I felt disappointed by the teller's attitude and lack of empathy. As a customer, I expected to be treated with kindness and efficiency, but instead, I encountered indifference and an unprofessional response. Moreover, her words suggested a lack of understanding of my concerns and a lack of willingness to resolve the issue.I firmly believe that it is the responsibility of bank staff to ensure quality service to their customers, regardless of the service channel used. A more courteous response and proper attention would have made a significant difference in my customer experience.I sincerely hope that my experience can serve as feedback for the bank and that they take steps to improve the quality of their customer service. Every interaction matters and it is important for employees to understand the significance of treating customers with respect and professionalism.

I used to like this bank. They had a long line and 1 teller. They said their atm wasn’t working. The manager advised me to do a mobile deposit so today I woke up to a 6 day deposit hold that won’t get released. I have $50 on my account and they have literally just ruined my weekend with this. I have no cash to go anywhere. A few months ago I had over $8000 in my account. I guess that wasn’t a problem but getting a paycheck they put a 6 day hold on it. I lost respect for this bank. I will be closing my account

No one ever says hi. When I go in the drive through I get completely ignored. Never have been asked how I can be helped or anything. They must hate their job cause it sure seems like it. I would rather drive to another TD location then use this one even tho this one is less then .5 miles from my house. Terrible and horrible service.

Can't say I've received great customer service from this location. It's always a long wait time and most of the time I'm told I either have to call the 800 number or come back again another day. But I really want to note how horribly the branch is kept. This was such a nice new branch when it first opened. Now it's just old and dingy and it hasn't even been that long. I expected the branch to do a little more to keep up the place. The chairs are peeling and disgusting. The AC is broken so you can't hear anything when an associate is talking to you, they have a very large fan blowing in there trying to make up for no AC. The place smells of mildew when you walk in. And they often close the inside branch for "staffing" during regular hours. Not very helpful to the clients when we HAVE to go inside to get our stuff done per TD Bank's policy.

This location is a joke. I came here may 19 for a replacement card. I was told there card machine is down. Here i am back here a week later and its the same thing.

The whole staff in this branch needs re- retraining. Their rude, condescending and unhelpful behavior does not reflect what TD is about. As a business owner I've been very happy with TD for over a decade, this branch truly made me question if TD is the right spot to keep our business going.

It took me 2 years coming to this branch to decide to write this review. Within that time I have probable been able to use thier ATM without an issue maybe twice. I have no idea why it is so hard to have a functioning ATM in this branch. It is beyond frustrating. It never is working for one reason or the other. So you have to go inside and the line is at the door with only 1 teller. Honestly they should just close this location. I will drive a few miles more to another, which is what I have to do most of the time anyway.

Long line, ATM down, short staff. One customer took more than 15 minutes to make a cash deposit. TD can do better than this.
