I normally don’t write bad reviews but I am very disappointed. I am a very busy person and I decided to get my nails done at this place with very limited time. The pictures below are from the first time I went (they were worse in person than what they look like on camera, I wish I had taken more pictures) Those nails cost me 60 dollars with builder gel which was ridiculous considering the job that was done. Some nails looked like they had a week of growth, there were gaps (she didn’t follow my nail shape) Two of my nails shipped on the side, the color wasn’t even what I asked for, and the application of the builder gel wasn’t good. I didn’t have time to deal with it at the moment because I had other things to do, so I called later to get it fixed. The second time I came in, Jessica took care of me and did an amazing job. I could tell she did not like the work that had been done prior. However, I feel like it was disrespectful that they didn’t even offer a partial refund or a discount. I got a cat eye this time and they still charged me the extra 20 dollars and the full price for the pedicure I got that same day. The lady that was doing my pedicure didn’t know how to shape my nails, they looked crooked and sloppy, I had to go in with the file myself to fix them and all they did was laugh at me when I was clearly upset. It’s not fair that I had to take time that I don’t have out of my day for the second time just because they have people that can’t do the job properly. (The last picture is how they look now)

Did my birthday nails here early Saturday morning and they came out SO CUTE !! They even posted me on their Instagram page. I love the woman i worked with.
Hope to go to her again. Have not lifted after 2 weeks!!

I discovered this little gem by accident when I desperately needed a manicure one Sunday. Since then I've been hooked. The service was among the best I've encountered. The owners, T and Vivian are very friendly accommodating and welcoming. Check them out. You'll be glad you did.

They used products that don't last long. I paid for a dip nail service and within the following week they fall off. They're not cleaning the feet well. And I've been going to this location for a while. They give you a business card and sign off on it, for a future discount, but I will never go back. It's not good business practice to take people's money and do bad service with awful products that won't last.

I am fussy about my manicure's & pedicures. I have been coming here for 2 years now and have always been pleased with the service I get and the friendliness of all the technicians. The price is reasonable to other nail salons. I had been to a few in area & in Miami and Jamie and Jessica are much better w attention to detail and cleanliness. I usually do a dip manicure but they offer all types.
