Updated review to 4 star:So immediately after my review, I had the manager Edgar call me in regards to my concerns. He was able to address everything for me and provide me with a free shipping label and said he would give me my refund as soon as they got the product back. I was grateful for Edgar‘s call and also had a great conversation about how Customer Service is so crucial for the success of their business. He made it right and this company needs more people like him as sales rep so they can continue to succeed in a very competitive market.Thank you for making it right. I appreciate the call.Original review was 1 star:Be warned this company is not worth buying cheap products and there return policy is horrific! Pay a little more you will save lots of time and headache.Fair warning to anybody working with this company, they have the worst customer service.I ordered multiple products not knowing how they work mostly in attempt to save money, but you get what you pay for. I should've known better when you order from a company with cheap product too good to be true. That's the type of service you will get. I personally rather pay a little bit more and get it through Amazon or any other vendor and never deal with this company again I attempted to return to products which I had to pay to send back along with the 25% restocking fee. The product was suggested by text and when I attempted to return it instead of saying, no problem, they had to review and make a decision on how to proceed. Do not order with them pair a little bit more and you will save yourself a lot of headache.

I have never felt so ripped off by a service.I could care less if UPS gets the contract to ship for the $9.99..I’d prefer to pay more to get FedEx to get it to me.UPS does not have a dedicated delivery while FedEx gets it here early always.I paid for the service to get a hour later order and preferred shipping and when I realized that it was changed to UPS…I wanted to cancel the preferred service option.I did t like how I was talked to, however when I got Huilo on the phone, I felt I was having a friend help me.The other 2 need to take some direction from him or you’ll loose more preferred customers.Good job Huilo ( sorry probably chopping his name up but I think y’all can figure out who I am referring to.Until y’all get this worked out don’t continue this charge you deduct for “preferred customer”
