I personally recommend for everyone to file their taxes with upland tax. I did mine with them last year and it was the best service I ever received. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Jess who was extremely nice.She explained the process in a very helpful and understandable way, Im extremely grateful my cousin influenced me to file with Upland.

I did the taxes for myself and my two children, they charged me $200 for doing it and my oldest son $130 and my youngest son was supposed to get back 6000 but he only received 1800 and these upland tax abusers charged $1700 for service, they never return me again Let's see. that's called stealing zero stars company trash(Original)Lo peor del mundo, no hagan sus taxes ahí. Hice los taxes mio y mis dos hijos, a mi cobraron 200$ por hacerlo y a mi hijo mayor $130 y mi hijo menor supuestamente le iban a devolver 6000 pero solo recibió 1800 y estos abusadores de upland tax cobraron $1700 por servicio, nunca más me vuelven a ver. eso se llama robar cero estrellas basura de compañía

This was my 1st time having my taxes done by them.. Everything was going great. Once I uploaded ALL my documents.. they were ready to process it.. As he was looking it over I mentioned 2x that I have two W2's uploaded and I also mentioned that my 2nd job have flex pay. Once everything was processed (OH.. AND HE PROCESSED EVERYTHING UNDER 10MINS? over the phone). Everything seemed rushed and went very quick that I even asked "you sure everything is good because tou did that fast?". That gut feeling.. smh. I got a "Trust us, everything is fine" reply.I get a letter from the State telling me forms are missing and I need to send them everything. I was so confused because I did submit everything. Long story short. They only processed 1 out of the 2 W2's I submitted ?. They 1st tried to say I didn't send both until they looked over the scanned documents a 2nd time. They did apologize for their mistake. They just did the amendment to fix their mistake but their mistake cost me a lot of madness on my end (which they have no idea of). Yes, mistakes do happen.. I believed that but this mistakes would have never happened if he would have took his time (took more then 10mins) and looked over the submitted documents carefully instead of assuming it was a 1 W2 application. They do good for a lot of people that's why I went to them this year. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. Maybe what happened to me will make them slow down and do great things for others from here on. God Bless!

Bitcoin is valuable and no one will give you for free. Bitcoin doesn't mine overnight although many people claim that, but it's not possible, otherwise they wouldn't be placing ads on Facebook for people to come mine with them so the best you can do for yourself is to invest with an accepted and financially secured bitcoin investment company that would grant you success & get your future secured. Clearly these people are writing their own reviews, RUN! I was told about these people by a friend and against my better judgement I used them and they created a nightmare for me and my family. They screwed up my tax return which ended up with us not getting the stimulus for 4 months, we lost our jobs and needed the money, this was right when the pandemic hit. Very incompetent, they entered wrong information from what we have them in writing which created a nightmare. Run from these people.

Called to Set up an appointment for 1pm and wasn’t asked for my name or anything was just told to “come in” which already was a RED FLAG. Once I arrived for my “1pm appointment” I was told to fill forms which I did fast and returned, after that I sat for almost 2 hours waiting before giving up and asking for my I.D back . The point of setting up appointments is to avoid this from happening. This place is very unprofessional and for the money they ask to file your taxes you would expect much better service. This place was a recommendation from one of their customers and I wish I never called or stepped in. Can’t wait to tell them how “great” my visit went, Big waste of time . I suggest finding somewhere else to do your taxes.
