I had a troubling experience at this UPS location. The employee I dealt with made a blatantly racist remarks and claimed the printer wasn’t working yet when my white friend went shortly after, he was able to print without issue. Discrimination in any form is unacceptable, and I’m deeply disappointed that this happened at a business I trusted. I hope UPS addresses this seriously and prioritizes training in racial sensitivity and professional conduct.

The brothers who owned the store are absolutely fantastic they offer exceptional service. I am shocked by the reviews as I have known them for 15 years.
My review is not personal. It is on a professional basis. They have packed numerous items for me they ship my items overseas and I’ve never had an issue. They are entitled to make their money as they are independently. Owned,
I am leaving this review as I trust them and I have never had an issue with them for over 15 years..
The brothers who own this office are exceptional I’ve used them on 20 to 30 occasions. Don’t listen to the negativity.

You pay for what you get so you Nellies who leave negative feedback stop being so cheap.

STAY OUT!! of this place, employees are very rude with NO PEOPLE SKILLS at all, no patience, very unprofessional, unfriendly and disrespectful, you better off going to the other 2 locations in Hollywood (Taft and Hollywood blvd) they have better customer service, plus you won’t be overcharged. They really deserve “0” stars. I will suggest to the owner to train their employees well enough before they get hired, therefore, they will learn not to be rude with customers.
