Positive energy, friendly, and highly attentive crew here! Great experience would highly recommend. If you’re trying to print something BEWARE. The signal in this plaza is insanely horrible.

This store by far is the worst store I have ever been to. Other UPS stores never give me trouble shipping and printing. To print here they charge $4 for one sheet , ONE sheet!!!! Also Every UPS I go to ships out USPS packages if you pay a $1 fee but “they don’t”. I DO NOT recommend going here. They’re either a bunch of lazy individuals or they do not know their own policy. I truly believe it’s both.

this is the most efficient UPS store in South Florida! The whole gang is warm and welcoming. As long as you come prepared with your QR codes for Amazon Returns, it all goes smoothly

Staff were all so kind and helpful even when other people were yelling rudely in their faces. Everyone kept their cool and resolved the problem (even though it was Amazon’s fault). Line was super fast and I got my return done in no time. Thanks!

Wow wow it doesn't surprise to see how little the employees like to work. I came today to drop off an Amazon package before the holidays. But the lady, told me that I have to buy a box to return it. Which is ridiculous because Amazon say it doesn't require it. I felt that I didn't get the simples of customer service and I wasted my time. Will not come here again.

Terrible customer service, just went to drop off some packages here with the holiday. Granted there were a lot of packages but the main facility is closed they told me that I could not drop off any packages because they did not have enough space but the young lady in the front said at first that she could take him until I explained that I had a lot. I asked if they could just take some of the packages until it was not any room or not adequately enough to hold any packages for other customers etc but something to help me out as it is about to rain and I have a bunch of packages on my truck. The manager who was in the back did not even come out to look at the size of my packages or anything as they had variations. Simply said no while listening to the conversation with the cashier without any knowledge without seeing the size of the packages that I was displaying with my hands or anything terrible I would recommend to go to the other one on Hollywood

The worst UPS customer service I have ever had! Every time I come in with everything ready, I meet new employee that still learns and doesn’t know what they are doing. I totally understand that, and am extremely respectful and polite with them, but not when each of them every single time starts arguing over things they don’t know and give the worst attitude.

If you bring something big, they will not take it and they will send you to a warehouse to drop it off! So, what? All the UPS Store are supposed to receive your package. I have dropped off the same package in a lot of UPS Stores and this one is the first one in doing that!!

this experience was absolutely garbage and terrible.i had them box and package with bubble care and "extra care"a funko pop kobe bryant worth $250-$300.00 i gave it to them brand new undamaged nice and perfect i wait two weeks after dropping of the funko pop kobe bryant figure then stock x the site i was selling the and shipping the item to sent me a message saying they couldnt take the item because it had been damaged.now when i recieved it back to my house the top of the box was ripped.the side of the box was severly dented the whole product was trashed after i specifically asked the ups store employees to carefully package that item because it is a $250.00-$300.00 item then i came to the same ups store to see whats going on with my package they have destroyed and they blamed it on the driver's which make's no sense because the person who pacakged the box damaged it with the bubble wrap or other things they placed in it.if i could give a negative review i would do so and i would also NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION OF THE UPS STORE IN SHERIDAN STREET 3389 SHERIDAN STREET IS THE LOCATION IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE DESTROYED AND TRASHED THEN TOLD IT WAS NOT THEM GO THERE! :D
