Amazing experience at UPS Store #6918! Leann was so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in and over the phone. Chris truly went above and beyond to help get my image lightened perfectly for printing — he made sure everything looked clean, clear, and professional before sending it off. They are both amazing!!
Then when I met the manager, it made complete sense why he had such a great team. He was so helpful and sweet as well. Customer service like this is hard to find. They took their time, explained things, and genuinely cared about the final result. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location! STORE 6918 for the WIN! 😉

Employees are very efficient. They’re very helpful and expedite service. Parking is simple and they are located in a very convenient location.

Hands down the best UPS store ever. The owner (Robert) went above and beyond to help me get a very delicate shipment properly packaged and shipped. He followed up and made sure everything ran smoothly. Could not recommend more. Will absolutely be coming back for all of it shipping needs

Went to drop off a amazon return the guy there that always has a covid mask on was his normal rude and ignorant self told me I had not put tape on box and wanted to charge me did not give me the option to come back with it taped avoid this store go to the one in Davie or Pembroke pines

I came in after going to another UPS Store where they told me they couldn’t do Happy returns and I was amazed with the staff, Robert made it simple and fast. Thank you do much to Robert

Verina was extremely rude and impatient. She kept insisting that I organize my QR codes to fit her preference instead of allowing me to do it the way that works best for me. I explained that my method helps me stay organized and avoid confusion, but she continued with a nasty attitude.
As she took each package from me to scan the QR codes, she bagged them and then intentionally tossed each one across me to the other side, instead of simply placing them near her. The attitude and unprofessional behavior were completely unnecessary and made the experience very unpleasant.

Two days ago I was supposed to receive a UPS package, and the driver decided not to deliver it and now they have sent it to me at the Advance Auto Parts Store. At this point I still don't know why they didn't deliver my package to the door of my house and who decided to make those delivery changes, terrible service

Verina was an amazing help! We had a bunch of retuens, all loose (no slip or packaging required) and she was kind and patient as this old guy fumbled through the pile. I wish everyone working a customer facing job alwas as professional as she was today!!!

Is it possible to remind the staff that when doing a Happy Return, they need to check the item they scanned to what they see on the computer? I'm not looking at the computer so to say to me are the item the correct item in the bag sounds a bit listless to me when I am not looking at the computer. Yes, people make mistakes, but that's why the company shows the staff a picture of the item so the staff can check the item that is clearly in a see-through bag.
Maybe Happy Returns needs to make changes so that the return is easier for the staff and not so complicated.
The staff has been nice, with no problems, except with this Happy Returns.
