If I could give a 0 I would. This bank has the worst customer service. The rep Julia was vey rude and non chalant and treated me as so bad. I will never do business with again.

The drive through is supposed to open 8:00am. I am Still here at 8:30am.Worst service ever!!

unfortunately the workers are not very helpful, I spent over 30 minutes at the drive thru, not because they were doing something, they simply didn't want to work. no clients inside the bank. I felt completely ignored. Save your time and Take your money somewhere else.

This branch have the worst customer service ever. I walk in to speak to a banker about my account. No one greets me. I sit at the waiting area for +10 minutes and no one says anything to me. I then ask will anyone address my presents and give me service, one banker response is "they are getting papers ready". I don't know what that meant but what I do know I want to immediately close my account.
