We have had this storage spot for almost 2 years now.i never had a problem throwing away trash until today. So the dumpster they have all of a sudden has a lock on it so we set our trash right next to it. They called us and told us to come get it!! They up the rent every 6 months. So why can’t I have access to throw away my stuff?! It was a baby fence only btw nothing crazy.. what a way to treat *tenants*

Exceptional Service at Extra Space Storage – 500 S State Rd 7, Hollywood
I can’t say enough great things about the team at this Extra Space Storage location! Nicole Victory and her coworker Jerome were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nicole was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to walk me through all the options and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my choice.
Jerome was just as helpful—friendly, Funny, efficient, and clearly committed to providing top-notch customer service. Together, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, but it’s the staff that really sets this place apart.
If you’re looking for storage in the Hollywood area, I highly recommend this location. Nicole and Jerome are the kind of people you want to do business with—courteous, honest, and truly customer-focused. Five stars all the way!
