I have been with them for about 3 years they really works with you never had an issue with them except for that car insurance, that’s one thing they do not play abut when you are leasing ,other than that they works with you on your payments. “When i first traded in my 2019 toyota camry with low suspension on May 9th, i had a couple issues with 2014 jeep wrangler the week after. I stated my frustrations and asked for help. I am very honest & understanding person, at first trading the car in i had a good experience then the problems came with the wrangler. The Sales person couldn’t assist me too well, i wont name her here. But Raul did his thing & his customer service was overall great assisting me after. I did make a bad review at first due to the way the salesperson was with me but Raul made me feel understood after the whole issue & we switched out the 2014 wrangler for a 2018 bmw x1. Which is why its a 4 star and not a 5 start. So i apologized for the last review i put & i am thankful that raul is genuine & understanding. He helped me out a lot. If you guys need a car, i suggest you come here. Other dealers would never be as understanding nor helpful.”
