My mail has been missing repeatedly for the last 10 months. I always find my neighbor's mail in my box and give it to them or put it in the return mail slot. How ever my neighbors aren't as honest. Multiple small packages and important banking mail never makes it to my box. I get an email showing it's coming and it never does. This place needs to be investigated.

Terrible service at the USPS office in Hollywood. I wasted my time going there and waited over 20 minutes in line, just for an employee named Cindy to tell me my envelopes weren’t there, to “call the carrier”. Ten minutes later, I went back (because was strange to me that the informed delivery was never received as supposed…) and asked another clerk, and magically they found an entire bundle of envelopes from my office. The staff acts like they’re being forced to work there, with an attitude that makes you feel like you’re bothering them just by asking for help. Zero motivation, zero professionalism. Extremely disappointing.

Horrible service, including the lady from passport services. I don’t know if they don’t want to work, but they act as if they don’t care about customers. Just the old white lady works hard and fast to move the line. Just 1 person at the counter and the others walking around in and out doing 1 customer when the old white lady had done 4. 🤦🏼♀️🤷♀️

I've had mostly good experiences at this location, the place is sometimes understaffed at peak hours, but that's hardly the fault of the employees. If you want to blame anyone, blame our current leaders for cutting funding and trying to dismantle a public service to line their own pockets. A lot of complaints I've been seeing on here are either very petty, to obvious lies, but you know the obvious reason for that is....

The reason this location gets so low scores is because of FEDERAL mismanagement and disinvestment in the Post Office that isn't the fault of the employees of this branch; The realistic score is likely a 3, as they are helpful and explain a lot that has confused me, but damn can you tell staff here is tired, overworked, and underpaid. My girl Ericca has always hooked me up and been there when USPS was making me track my packages. So yes, they could be better and the facility nicer, but that's why it's important WHO runs government agencies - some folks are more likely to INVEST in places like this that need it because it is a vital government service to have (Hence why I'm giving it 5 stars to be counterbalance).

The people are great, they each have their own personality and I appreciate it. If you can't handle it because you feel entitled then get a po box and use the self service kiosk.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the post office recently, specifically regarding their passport services. When I walked in, there was no line—the place was practically empty. I approached the counter to ask about getting a passport done, and the woman working there told me I needed to make an appointment.
What made it so frustrating is that she was clearly doing absolutely nothing at the time. No customers, no visible tasks—just sitting there. Instead of helping me then and there, she coldly repeated that I had to make an appointment online. No effort to be polite, no flexibility, just a bad attitude.
It felt like she was more interested in avoiding work than actually helping someone. Totally unacceptable and a perfect example of poor customer service. If this is how they treat people even when it’s not busy, I can’t imagine what it’s like when it is.

They lost my package which I did drop off on the counter inside the Post Office. This was PRIORITY mail, big box with the XBOX Console inside. I did scan it in electronic kiosk and dropped off on the counter where the cashier was. This box disappeared. The tracking shows this was only scanned and no more tracking history. I was twice in the post office, they ignore my problem and say to wait. I opened a “missing mail” request online, but never received any response. Contacted the USPS service care, they opened some service request and that’s it. So almost one month gone, nobody can help me with my missing expensive mail. So I had to issue a full refund to the buyer. Now my child has no XBOX console nor money for his new computer what he dreams about. Feeling frustrated and very disappointed.
Update: After one month I did receive insurance $100 from USPS but it doesn’t help at all.
