So my package has been in florida for 3 days i know that to be a truestatement last it should be deliveres today but u people are so lazy and dont understand your job if the package can be delivered earlier it suppose to be that has never changed my package has been in opalocka i know its in hollywood why isnt it out for delivery cause u people are lazier than any service on the face of the planet and will procrastinate anything and everything u can

This place sucks. Don't come here. The customer service is horrible. I saw how rude their attitudes are towards customers while waiting in line. One of the post workers there was yelling at a lady for not understanding instructions supposedly, they are talking to people in this manner and it will never be acceptable and should not be tolerated. They were very inpatient, didn't like questions being asked, extremely hostile aggressive attitudes with how they talk and treat people, UNACCEPTABLE and ashame on USPS and this location offering these services. The management is irresponsible for this, terrible leadership. I had both of the post office workers there treat me with bad attitude as well, didn't like questions, and when I told one of them that they are getting loud, to let them know it's not nice they said oh no I'm just trying to explain. This is unacceptable and will not come back. It's these attitudes why people don't come back and avoid these places. Terrible attitudes, poor social skills and customer skills.

They’re closed February 17 for Washington’s Birthday the best part is that is birthday is on February 22nd. Are you being serious, meanwhile every other post office is opened. That’s crazy not to mention they’re the only post office that makes you print something but doesn’t have a printer. Don’t go there unless you want to wait for 30 minutes when there’s only 3 customers in line.

One star bc without it you can’t write the review, and I don’t even think that a review can capture the frustration and pain of having to deal with this people. The indolence and lack of empathy and humanity they have it’s something you should never experience. Please stay away. They will blame you for what they don’t do right.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience with this post office was so awful that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with complete indifference. The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted as if my presence was an inconvenience.
I had a simple request, but instead of being helpful, they gave me attitude and made it clear that they didn’t care about customer satisfaction. It’s shocking how a business can operate with such blatant disregard for the people keeping them in business.
If you value decent service and being treated with basic respect, I strongly suggest taking your money elsewhere. I certainly won’t be returning.

Garbage. Hub supervisor promised to deliver my package and they never did. Had the sender on the phone with them to resolve my issue and still returned my item back delaying even longer my two day delivery time stamp. Telling me they tried when the only successful delivery I had that day was amazon.

I came after business hours to drop off some letters and the drop box at this location wasn’t accessible 24 hours like most locations. Very inconvenient

I will be joining many unhappy customers in leaving this review . There was Haitian woman there who has such a horrendous accent that my husband couldn’t understand anything she says. She kept telling him that he needs QR code and it sounded like “ kerikal”. So he asked her to spell it and she refused . She kept yelling at my husband something like he should know how to send these kind of packages . So rude . 2 years ago they almost lost my daughter’s engagement ban . They could not find parcel but then after many attempts they did. Overall rude unpleasant people . They hire whoever . Manager needs to be replaced as we know fish starts to stink from its head .
