This place is a nightmare. I would recommend steering totally clear of it. What started out as a nail in the tire turned into a tire rotation, and then the axles needed to be replaced, and then the battery was dead, and then the door handle was now broken and when we pick the car up $700 later, nothing was fixed. I would give them zero stars, but apparently you’re not able to do that.

This place can be super busy but if you can get lucky and it’s not, they have great prices, tires and services such as tire rotation, tire repair and alignment. If the tires are bought here, the rotation is free for the kids of the tires. I’ve had mine for three years and they’re still in great condition in part due to the rotation 3,000-mile tire rotations.

Went to value tire today because at the dealership they told me my tires were deformed and I needed two new tires. At value tire the owner said I did not need new tires. Took the time to explain why and what to look out for. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and excellent service. No charge for all his time.

I went here on s recommendation from a coworker. I'm glad I took his advice. These guys are awesome! They got me tires and did my alignment super fast and at a great price!! The whole team knew what they were talking about. I appreciate their honesty and they didn't try to up-sell me services I didn't need. I definitely recommend this shop.

This local family business treats you like family while they complete their services you require. I was in need of an oil change and they took care of me instantly even though they were busy.

Follow up: I called to rectify the problem and Poki pretends he isn’t the manager and hung up on me. I will continue to place reviews and every step necessary until they reimburse me for the damages. Hopefully they lose many customers and money for their mistakes. They shouldn't be able to get away with damaging vehicles and taking no accountability. I also have reported them to BBB and the State that regulates businesses to assist me.
Beware they damage vehicles. They refuse to fix my vehicle after they damaged it. I now have to sue them and will get triple what it would have cost just to fix it. Lisa is extremely rude and tried to intimidatew me. Chris passes the phone to someone else. The manager Poki refuses to rectify the issue.
