“The best Five Below ever! Fully stocked and superb customer service. I placed a pickup order but never received a confirmation that it was ready. When the salesperson, Tracey, saw what I was buying, she immediately stopped and asked if I had just placed a pickup order because she already had my items ready for me. Just like that, I was out the door with everything I needed!
Mind you, this happened only 10 minutes before closing. Tracey was so attentive, kind, and helpful. She even helped me at self-checkout right before closing. Amazing customer service!🥳🗣🥹”

“I had a perfect galentines thanks to five below I got all my ballon’s blown up by Z and Nisa they help me find my size for all my party pjs she even look in back in found me more sizes. The line do get very long and was tired of waiting but the girl Z came in help . this store was very organized and workers are very helpful Nisa is super sweet and has great customer service ! “This is a fun store to visit. They have items that are under $5 and a few items above. Wonderful place to take your kids be able to get out of the store without emptying your pocketbook. I saw many parents this Christmas buying Christmas presents there. Almost everything is of good quality. The cashiers are very upbeat and friendly. But I recommend this store highly. My grandson makes me go here at least once a week.”
“Always worth the trip! I was there for their famous 5$ dog beds. Was not disappointed. Ended up getting two because they're not just adorable, they're affordable. I didn't click the dog beds, (or the candy I bought lol), but I did click these 2 lamps, which I did not get, but they are lovely, especially the amber one. I love amber glass. And this miniature pleated shade is just darling, it's so iconic!”
