I can't say enough good things about Mya at this store. I came in with a mess that someone had created at a franchise Verizon store. Wasn't able to transfer my data and completely locked out of Google. She worked her magic and got everything restored. I almost cried! These types of situations are so stressful and she was so calming. She showed me excellent customer service and I couldn't appreciate her more! Thank you Mya!

Very poor customer service. I don't do reviews often but I sat at the store for 20 minutes before anyone asked any questions if any help was needed. Either they have poor service or not enough help but there was no line . The rep was sitting with a customer who I thought was a customer for 20 minutes before asked how can I help you
Hope this helps you no intent to hurt this biz just needs some TLC . This isn't a representation on all verizon stores

DO NOT GO INTO THIS VERIZON DECEPTIVE PRACTICES GOING ON THEY WILL LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO SPEND A MONTH ON THE PHONE TRYING TO CORRECT THERE LIES AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES AND THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY 20 YEARS WITH VERIZON AND THERE GOING DOWN QUICK CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED AND ALL THERE CURRENT EMPLOYEES FIRED

I came in a few days ago to purchase two new phones and a new router. Nick was very knowledgeable, kind and very patient . I highly recommend him as a sales representative!! Ask for Nick and he will exceed expectations every time .

Call first before you show up. Otherwise, you could be waiting a while. Staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. Company store. I have been a customer here for the past three years. Verizon has what I need to take care of my families needs.

Went in for a in store pick up got all my stuff transferred. The manager Cristian made sure I was all set before I left the building. Great experience!

Went in and got immediately greeted by Christian ! I felt welcomed and acknowledged immediately!! Yorelvis helped me activating and porting a new phone !! Great customer service !!

I came in today with a completely broken phone, I was basically in panic mode. Christian and Nicholas really helped me out. They got me in a new phone and completely set up in less than an hour. These gentlemen were completely professional and had outstanding customer service skills. I couldn't clone my phone because the other one was destroyed and they were extremely patient as they walked me through every step to get me back on the grid. I couldn't be more pleased. Verizon should be great full to have these two outstanding associates. Again Christian and Nicholas, thank you so much for everything.

Beware. Watch out. Complete SCAM Store. Floor reps will blatantly lie to you for free service and then you receive your bill and know the lied. It’s happened twice and 3 other friends. Don’t fall for the home internet scam. They say it’s free but it’s not. You will receive monthly billing the following even though they say it’s free. Also recently bought and I phone 15 pro max. They said after rebate it was $300. Now I see my bill and have a balance of $1199. The rep again lied right to our face. Store managers hide and don’t return calls. It’s a scam factory. Went in 3 times after that just to test them and each time they attempted to scam me again. Disgusting business practice. Stay far away from this store.

I took a friend of mine Michael he has a broken neck and all kinds of health problems. We were there about 45 minutes. But he still didn't get his issues resolved. So I guess at the end of May I will be taking him to a different company but the gentleman the greeted me at the door was absolutely excellent. Michael did not tell me about his experience with the gentleman until we got back into the car. And I did not sit with him because it was his own personal information it wasn't my business.

Traded in my phone in December for an iPhone 15. I’m still getting charged for full price on new phone. Been back 3 times and unable to fix this mess. My last Verizon phone! I will be calling Verizon to complain about poor service and lack of honesty
