These guys lie worse than used car salesmen. For their free 30 day trial $35/ month 5G hotspot, Verizon is trying to bill me $242.00 and it hasn't even been a month. Product does not work in my area in Hollywood. Tried to return before the 30 days was up but they are giving me a bunch of bs and will not accept it. Filing complaints with FCC and FTC. This is just another scam Verizon is doing. Do not buy this product, it is junk.

After spending days and 45 minutes on the phone unsuccessfully trying to port my number from a different carrier, I gave up and went in to the store. I made an appointment and did not wait. Joshua was SO helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Was in and out in 45 min after he solved the issue and it was as painless as possible. Thank you Joshua. Will definitely use this store again if I ever need assistance.

I would suggest google to allow 0 star just for this Verizon store. We came to create a new account and then transfer 3 more lines to this new account . In one hour and a half the sales agent was no able to do it . Basically he was looking to sell one line at a higher price rather than a family plan at lower price. He’s getting his better commission but wasted our time . Very unprofessional poorest customer service ever.

I was originally contacted by your outside sales team. I was pitched on the Verizon great service and was told it was superior to my existing ATT setup. The equipment was sent and no one ever came over to the business to help with install. I contacted Verizon sales rep and was promised he would come by and help with install. Long story short,,,,,install never happened. I contacted Verizon to return equiptment and disconnect service and was told I would be sent a return label. Guess what? No label only BILLS from Verizon. Impossible to stop service that I never received, impossible to contact a service agent for help. This company is very poorly operated in customer service. My advice STAY AWAY!!

Bad experience all around.. tried to return an unused device only to be met by a unfriendly, lazy, rude individual (ugly little white man favors Gollum in Lord of the rings) that basically felt that helping was too much work.. literally stood up and walked to the back without a care in the world! Thank god i didn’t choose Verizon altogether, debacle of a company can’t even keep the foot soldiers in check…

The phone number listed as a corporate phone number. They don’t make it so that you can actually contact somebody at the store itself. Meanwhile, you get routed to a call center, to God only knows where. If your question doesn’t fall within their pre-written script, you are out of luck and you get the runaround. This is the very reason I’ve switched my service carrier.

I walked into this store without an appointment & right away I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Tuan. He promptly checked me in & had the patience and care to speak to me while trying to assist until he had an associate available. I then was transferred to someone named Garnett. He was so awful I would never recommend anyone to deal with him. He is impatient and careless about his customers. I was then re greeted by Tuan who took over the assistance to guide me down the right path to repair my issue. I highly recommend this store Solely based on the manager. Ask for “Tuan”

I went it on Friday to ask a few questions on how to switch my service from Cricket to Verizon and Josh answered all my questions and told me the information I would need to bring in. Came back the next day and Josh was there to help, he made switching services and getting a new phone very easy and seamless. Thank you Josh! I'm happy I'm a new Verizon customer now.

everything is very slow, after 15 minutes of waiting we were told that we need to register in an electronic queue, no one met us at the entrance and did not explain this procedure. after another twenty minutes, a charming girl helped us and we left, but those customers who were sitting at the tables and all the managers were engaged in their service continued to sit. I don't know what they've been doing for so long, maybe when you come to the salon you can still find them ;) say hello to them ;). Verizon's connection to Hallandale, Hollywood, Miami is of very poor quality. I'm just unpleasantly surprised. maybe I'll switch back to T-Mobile, and these poor customers will continue to sit at the table in this Verizon salon. I thought sleep was worse, but practice has shown that it is three times faster and cheaper.
