Awful pharmacy. If you walk in with a prescription, even for just a face cream, they will tell you 45 minutes but before I make it home I get the text that it's ready. No one greets you here. They see you and have you stand there for 10 minutes before acknowledging you. Everyone is miserable and obviously hates their job.

I had a great experience! The doctor called in my prescription 3 hrs before closing and they had it ready before closing THE SAME DAY!!! I was so pleased!

In Walgreens Hollywood FL I don't like to go shopping because the cashier is a bit rude and they don't want to take the coupons if the store gives them it's to use them I don't understand

Cashier & shift manager very rude. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE I STARTED TALKING NEXT THING I HEAR THE ON HOLD MUSIC PLAYING IN MY HEAR. SHE NEVER SAID HOLD ON OR KNEW WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I CALLED BACK SHE SAID THE GUY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE THE ITEM. I ASKED WHAT ITEM IS THAT YOU JUST PUT ME ON HOLD AND NEVER SAID ANYTHING. SO I TOLD HER THE ITEM SHE SAID OH NO WE DON'T HAVE THAT ITEM EITHER. SO AS I'M HANGING UP WITH HER I'M WALKING INTO THE STORE. I WENT STRAIGHT TO THE ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR AND THERE IT WAS ON THE ISLE . THEY NEVER LOOKED OR KNEW WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.

Pharmacy staff at this location are very rude and should be disciplined or terminated. They provide a service and product and its not free and products are expensive. They work for walgreens and are not independent contractors or owners. Will be contacting walgreens HQ.

Michael, the pharmacy staff, who gave us our COVID shot was great. Even with a large group of people coming in he kept his cool and his sense of humour. The vaccine didn't hurt one bit. Looking forward to our second one?
