If you are Latinos be careful here they work like a robot remotely as if they lost their
Alma bad service and if you need help with Spanish you lost you have to wait two hours for someone who speaks Spanish to arrive if you need help as a Latino this place is not for you look for another one that is friendlier to the Latin community why those who speak Spanish here don't care

Of all the Walgreens stores I visited, this is by far the worst. Poor service at the pharmacy and checkout, staff with no desire to help you, and a bad overall appearance of the store. Now I understand why it has so many negative reviews. They should close it if they have no intention of providing quality service.

It is the worst pharmacy to pick up medicine, the employees are rude and they have you like a weather vane and what they know how to answer is no, come back later in the afternoon and ask? And they respond, it's not yet, come tomorrow 🤦🏻♀️

The staff is slow and moody, especially the person in the photo department is not doing anything and tells you that you have to wait for them to attend to you.

Good Luck trying to get through these people on the phone . They will pick up and place you on hold repeatedly without even saying anything. Most times you’ll get transferred through another line and it’ll just hang up on you

Worst of them all. They keep you on the phone for ever, they don’t call transfer from any other pharmacy. They make you wait hours make you go around Drive thru and then wen you go again three times around they say they are close to come back tomorrow. I told them couldn’t walk to go inside as my foot was swollen. They didn’t care I begged and cry finally after 3 hours that they had me waiting they gave me my medicine

Always great service! I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and it’s employees have really been going above and beyond these past 2 years during these changing times. The store is sometimes busy and seems demanding but I’ve worked retail so I know it is not easy trying to please everyone with the minimum staffing they seem to have. Kudos to them for trying their best, wish more people would express their positive visits and not just the negatives.
The store is stocked, clean and welcoming.

Took me a moment to write this.
This review could be another drop in the bucket but is my duty and right as a citizen to express my opinion.
Exhausting. Disrespectful.
There is so much to express that I don't really know where to start with.
This place still operating like 2020 and its pandemic bubble. Lack of proactivity is normal at this time, there is no consequence for bad behavior and People just don't care.
All that was witnessed in the 27 minutes it took a patron to tell me "Sorry, they told me the machine for taking pictures is not working so I can't take pictures".
When I suggested to put a sign of "OUT OF SERVICE", I got a a priceless answer "is not allowed to put signs" (How do prices are displayed exactly? Hilarious, huh?).
An experience beyond me and my patience, God bless you all.
