If I could give zero stars, I would. The pharmacist, Lilli, has one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever encountered. The way she explains things makes it clear she doesn’t want to be there, and she treats customers like they’re beneath her. Her condescending tone and rude demeanor make the whole experience frustrating.
After reading other reviews, I’m not surprised this Walgreens only has a 2.4-star rating. Clearly, I’m not the only one who has had a bad experience here. Management needs to step in because this level of customer service is unacceptable. Avoid this location if you can!

Terrible experience. For me to write this has to say something. Ibwaited a hr for a script that was already filled hrs before. Literally watched people cut the line. Pack a lunch if you plan on going inside

I have been on hold now for 15 minutes. The pharmacy has picked up the phone and put me back on hold at least 5 times.

Store opens at 6am right? Whyyy is the doors always locked for the first 5-20 minutes in the morning and people are stuck outside knocking and calling with no answer annnnd this wouldn’t be the first time. Manager or store opener, just say you keep falling asleep in the back room.

I live near Walgreens and CVS, one is on my right and the other on my left, but I always decide to go to Walgreens, 3 weeks ago we were all very sick at home, as a mother of 2 small children I have to recover fast to be able to be well for them, that night I decide to go for medicine, I only had cash, I pay the cashier who is also in charge of the store with a 100 bill and after observing the cash he was not convinced that the bill was real, and decided not to accept it, refusing to charge me, I understand that it was an old bill but Walgreens is a recognized store, why Walgreens doesn't have a counterfeit money detection, not even have the pen to verify if the bill is fake or not,
That day I was sick, I couldn't buy my medicine

Terrible customer service; While a young Indian kid with curly hair on top, was working the counter and told a customer to go back to the shelf to get something which took forever, and a link of 10 customers, I had to ask him to call someone else to assist or cancel the sale and allow other customers to check out to keep the line moving, he did then call someone but was very rude about it, giving me dirty looks, totally unprofessional and rude. He did not have a name tag on so I could list his name. He was mean mugging me to. Then the other guy comes over, to check customers out after waiting in line for 5 minutes while the kid just allows line to stall 10 people deep for two people to be able to go find something. Walgreens needs to instill in their employees to have proper customer service skills. Greet your customers when you check them out, don't be rude or disrespectful and have your name tag showing at all times. If someone has to hold up the line, closed their sale out and let them do what they have to do and then take them back into the line when they are ready.

I arrive at 8:35 pm to get medicine for a sick child. After leaving the ER in a hurry to make sure I get there before they close at 9. After waiting 20 minutes the pharmacy tech tells me that he cannot fill the prescription because he had to close in 5 minutes. I explained that I had a sick child in the car but he told me to drive 20 minutes to the 24 hr Walgreens to get the medicine. I only needed a pack of 10 pills but he said he couldn't do it.

Horrible! I receive calls confirming my medication is ready, but due to prior experiences, I always wait an additional day as its never rready.Now waiting a day past the call isn't enough either. Get it together like every other Walgreens. I go there as it's close to my house, but it's time to leave Walgreens

Had a 3 month supply of a medication called in. Went in to pick it up, they informed me that they only had 1 month supply in stock at the moment and that i coild come back the following month and they would have the remainder ready. Fair enough. Come time for the second refill, again the doctor sent the script for a 3 month supply 1 shot, they told me they didn't have it in stock. How is it that a doctor called in a 3 month supply of a time sensitive medication, and you only bothered to keep 1 month in stock? Terrible experience. I will never have prescriptions sent to this location again.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. Everytime i try to get a refill, theres always a hold or someone saying they will do it and never do. This the first and last time i use this pharmacy
