Tried calling 1/13/24 around 11:20AM two times and was rudely hanged up by whoever is answering the calls. Why answer if you don’t intend of being what you’re being paid for? A customer service representative… Anyways, took my business elsewhere… I can see why Walgreens is starting to close offs stores nationally…

Dont be shocked at how you are treated. They are led by the biggest slimeball of them all dm tom. If you value your health and want less stress dont use this pharmacy. They cancelled my prescription with no notice and had the audacity to yell at me for their mistake saying it was a human error. Edwin the pharmacist was so defensive for a mistake his pharmacy made calling it a human error. When it comes to this field your human error can really hurt people needing their medication. Needless to say I transferred my medication to publix and best decision I ever made. To the dm tom try not being such a sleazeball and lead by example

This Walgreens Pharmacy needs definite work. Three months ago I picked up my prescription and when I got home I realized I was missing a portion of pills. When I called to ask about the missing portion of pills they said to come in a few days before I ran out to get the rest of the pills missing from prescription. I showed up Friday since I was running low only for them to tell me they are unable to give me the missing portion of my pills. I am upset I was charged full price even though I was missing a portion of my prescription and that I was lied to by the pharmacist. I recommend checking your medication before you even leave the Walgreens or you’ll end up like me without your medication for the few days because the pharmacy lied.

The cashier was very rude when my 5 yr old grandson was buying his own candy and was looking for his change in his pocket and she was like hurry up my line is long. Plus their was a homeless person sitting outside the store asking for money.

The photo lab here gets 5 stars from me. They were communicative and followed my instructions on not rolling up the posters I ordered for a very special event I had. The closing manager on Feb 19th assured me she would personally see to it that my posters We’re not rolled up and she kept her word. Also the gentleman that was working in the lab that day was extremely patient and courteous with answering all my questions the 3, 4 or maybe even 5 times I called! Thank you guys.

The pharmacist at this location lied to me, than made accusations that I’m a drug seeking patient. So I called them out on it and had my prescriptions transferred elsewhere. Rude and inadequate customer service skills. Mr. Pharmacist, you’re a mess with subpar patient care. To be fair, I will add that the pharmacy manager called me to apologize for the poor treatment, which was greatly appreciated (so I raised the rating to 2/5)

I was “helped” by Xavier at this location, he didn’t make me feel welcomed, he is not customer service oriented at all, I felt as he was doing me a favor. Xavier really needs to consider either improve his abilities or changing jobs. I am super disappointed with his service. I don’t recommend him at all.

The pharmacy staff is completely incompetent, first we waited in line for nearly 30 minutes behind only one person, then they gave us paperwork that we already filled out online. One we gave it back they called my name, but really they called my sisters name and had put the wrong name on all of my covid vaccine paperwork. They forced us to fix their mistake and wait behind nearly half a dozen of people to restart the process. Do not get your vaccines at this pharmacy, they are unprofessional and have no urgency for people.

I want to give them zero stars. How can the service be so poor at one store and great at another. Stay away for this store's pharmacy. They are the most incompetent set of individuals.
