Please do not come this pharmacy specially if you really needs your medication. They never have anything important available, I came here for my father, thank at lot I came for him because is not I guess they could kill him. He really needs that for his heart and this people don’t care to tell you the truth, if you don’t have and you don’t know when you will, please for safe life, specially loves one, let know to the people go to another pharmacy because we don’t have it and we don’t know when is coming and please don’t make hard to us, transfer fast the medication.

Spend 20 minutes line. Most of the time the line was close to to bad malfunction of the cashiers machine. She never told anyone the line was close and had over 15 customers in line. Oh and yeah 200 people in line since only 4 cashiers are working!!! Yes 200 people and yes 4 cashiers. There was 5 until my cashier broke down. Why are the self check outs closed????

I really really hate to put this Walmart out there but I just don't understand the dynamic of this organization. Set up 30 cash registers and only have 2 working and self check out. The lines are always massive, I constantly see people stealing from here and it bothers me. The employees do not seem to want to help you. I have stood almost 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me cut fabric. I have stood 20 minutes waiting for someone to open the spray paint cans. I sometime check out through electronics, or the garden. I don't even know what a manager looks like in here. 6 months after opening I slipped and fell in the floor because the roof was leaking. This new building had a leak 6 months in. And I was 8 months pregnant. No one followed up, no one wrote and incident no one apologized. I can see why people sue companies like Walmart. No sympathy no compassion. But the low prices keeps lower class America coming back. Grrrrr

I used to love this Walmart but not anymore! I went there recently to return $4 worth of food. Yes, just $4. As I stood at the customer service desk, there were several ladies there just asking each other, can you do the return? What about you? Can you do it? There was one lady in particular, a Haitian woman, just glaring at me. Now, I can speak her language and it took everything in me not to say something very unpleasant to her! So along comes a woman with a peculiar way of walking due to her legs being very wide apart. She came up and did the return. She told me that it is no longer food for food. That I must get the same exact brand of food as I had! So I'd had to get another Kellogg's product in exchange for the Kellogg's box I was returning. That made no sense. I did not see any sign posted at all stating this. They have signs stating no returns on tables, chairs, canopies and also only exchanges on air beds yet this policy that according to the worker, changed like week, is not anywhere in the store. No problem. I called up corporate and explained this problem. Maybe they are used to dealing with people constantly returning large amounts of food with no receipt but $4.01 worth of food is hardly fraud. Also there is a male worker there always flirting with me and asking for my number. I guess he missed the memo that this behavior is not tolerated, especially now with the current climate. I won't say this name now but if he does it again I will dial up that corporate number and report him. He needs to get a clue that if I am ignoring you while you are talking to me, back off! Avoid this Walmart for returns or if you need to and they give you a problem, please do not hesitate to call up corporate. Two thumbs down and terrible customer service. The absolute worst!!!!

I was shocked that a mother came to customer service, said her child was missing & last seen in the Christmas isle. The workers seemed VERY uninterested. There was no Amber alert. No intercom announcement. Employees were not on the look out. No supervisor was called. There was a call made to the department and that was the end of it. I don't know if the child was found.

This store is run and operated on a negative 1-10 scale. The employees I.Q. lets just say is '' sad '' especially when you can't help yourself.... how can you help some-one else. Please remember this is the great U.S.A.. THEY must speak ' English ' . The law is and I quote '' in order to pass your exam to become a citizen of the United States Of America, you must speak, read, and understand English. Why would you hire someone who can't assist your customers? example...... look above at the star boxes and how it is expressed on one star.... '' Eek! Methinks not '' this is so third world ! If you have a day or two to waist..... and you are looking for a particular product just try to get someone on the telephone who can assist you..... you will get '' NO WHERE '' nothing will happen except your blood pressure will go crazzzzy.

Seriously... I know Walmart's aren't the best places to shop at. But when you have no other choice you at least expect decent customer service. I came to Walmart today for a simple product, a 2 bike Bike-rack for my car. In the app it says that they have 2 in stock. I'm at the isle and they only have for the 4 bike in the shelf. I'm walking around to see if I see anyone working around this section and luckily (or so I though) assistant manager, Jonathan walks by me and I ask him if he can assist me. He had the stankiest face of life! I mean, he looked beyond annoyed that I had the audacity to ask him, an employee for assistance. He looked at me and annoyed told me that he would check the back. Fast forward twenty minutes or so, still no Jonathan. I see another employee (I failed in getting her name) and I asked her if she could help me, I explained that I asked what I was assuming was the assistant store manager for help and I've been waiting this long and he has not come back not even for an update if the item is in the back or not. She told me that if he's helping me he would help me. I told her again, I've been waiting for a while and I still haven't heard back from him. She asked me if he scanned the barcode on the shelf and I told her that he didn't, she proceeded to scan the code and confirmed that they have 2 bike racks in the back. She told me to wait that he should be back soon. She wanted to confirm who it was I asked for help and she proceeded to ask m me if he "looked like me" I took offense to this as I am a woman and he is a man. I asked what she meant and she touched her arm and told me, "like your color". My color? Excuse me? I looked at her BEYOND confused and told her that no, he was tan. I still can't believe what she told me. I'm sorry, aren't we all humans? Can you not find a different way to describe your own assistant manager?! After that, I haven't seen her again. I see the assistant manager walking through the isles sipping on a drink and minding his business. I walked towards him and asked him what happened and he told me that he checked and they didn't have it. I told him that the lady told me there were two in stock and she scanned the barcode on the shelf and confirmed. He then told me he would check again. I waited about another 15 minutes and STILL NOTHING! I walk to where he walked and I see him, standing in a cash register minding his business. I approach him and ask him again what's going on. I told him that I work in customer service and I know that customer service is a number one priority ANYWHERE you go and I asked him if this is how he treats the customers. I told him that he had had me waiting and waiting and couldn't even give me an update. He told me that he was having someone "look" for him in the back. I told him not to bother that I'd make sure to have corporate know about this. I walked to the front and spoke to the store Manager (she is amazing and I regret not getting her name) I explained to her the situation of everything that happened and told her that I just wanted a simple bike rack and I understand that it's Sunday and no one wants to work on a Sunday, I get it. But still, if you're working the least you can do is help. I also mentioned the situation with the other employee which Jonathan kept mentioning a Joy, so I'm assuming her name is Joy. And she was shocked that an employee would mention something like that. At this point, I was so upset that I told her not to bother looking or anything I just wanted to let her know what is going on with her employees. They offered me a gift card I'm assuming to make this "go away" or for my inconvenience and I declined. Again, all I wanted was a bike rack. A simple bike rack. Every time I go to get a cash advance at the money center with my Walmart card which is in the name of Debbie but my ID says Debra they refuse to do it. Each time I ask for the manager it gets done are these people that stupid that they don't know Debbie is a nickname for Debra. Poor poor service and their attitudes suck

I've been getting my medications in this pharmacy about 3 years..most the time good service BUT there's a person....miss Toledo....that girl is AMAZING...always SMILING..always trying to HELP...she help me calling my doctors for refill...for me and my FAMILY she is the Bestttt.....Don't ever loose that girl.......5 stars plus for her!!!!
