Large Walmart with ample amount of parking. There are vending machines right as you enter. There was a a subway on site. The isles were clean, well stocked. The line ups at cash were long but service was quick. The only thing which was odd was that Apple Pay either didn't work or not accepted. Prices were reasonable

I used the grocery pickup and the experience was really great. Once you place your online order, choose your pickup time. When you get to the pickup area, check-in by letting them know your parking number. In no time the gentleman was coming out with the groceries. Pop my trunk and they do the rest. After this experience, I may never go into the store??

I always opt for curbside when shopping at this Walmart location.First off, PRICE. When shopping at this location pay attention to the price of the product. Many times and in many departments there are multiple products on the shelf with a completely different price. Customer service loves to blame this on the customers however it is evident that the works failed to replace the correct price.Secondly, customer service. If you are looking for genuine help when shopping at this location, please take your phone out and go on the app. I can assure you the app will definitely help you more than half of any associate working here. The majority of the associates working here do not speak English and do not understand what you are asking for, they are busy on their phone with private calls while working on the sales floor, or they simply "don't know". Imagine looking for a simple item, for example milk. (Again, this is just an example). Now imagine looking for milk, and you ask an associate if they can better direct you to where all the milk would be located and they look you straight in the face and say, "[I] don't know". And this is multiple associates responding with an idk and walking off or continuing their conversation with their coworkers and laughing at the contents on their phone. Many of the workers there, not all but many are lazy, rude, lack customer satisfaction, lack work ethic. I mean I understand this is Walmart, but I have to say other Walmarts in other locations bypass this Walmart by far.Lastly, when buying an item here, make sure to open it if you can. We were browsing a tool set that was enclosed in a pouch. There were only two left, one of the packaging was fully intact and the other the store taped shut. The fully intact pouch was missing more than half while the taped pouch had all the other missing pieces. This is why you check to make sure all the pieces are there.Anyways, I'll end this review on a positive note. I gave one star because I am unable to give 0 and at least their check out lines move fast.

Zero stars for this store. These employees have no clue what customer service is! Donna back in beauty is terrible! The women, AND MANAGER, at the customer service desk up Front are so rude to everyone! Let's not Mention they are clueless on how to do their job and have zero clue on ANY of Walmart's policies and have no explanation to give back to employees wanting answers or having questions because they are moronic! ive hear them tell customer with sarcasm say "ohh Lordy, I'm gonna pray for you tonight!" And "sorry, can't help, bug-bye (accompanied with an eye roll). yelling out at customers in such A rude tone. A five year old Child could do their job better. You couldn't pay me a billion dollars to work at this Walmart and I now do my shopping elsewhere. Worst WALMART EVER!!!!

I am at the Walmart to purchase a video games website and hours are posted in the store they are refusing to sell a video games before 8am which is not in Walmart policy at all I wanted to buy one game in the manager on duty on 11/25 614am is refusing to come with the key to sell a game

This Walmart is horrible and disorganized. There are never enough workers on the floor when you need assistance. I came in to replace my battery. I spoke to several associates and was advised they will send someone over by the battery area. I stood there for over 20-30 minutes just to go up to the same person that I last spoke to and he told if it’s not on the shelf they don’t have it. This is Walmart, not a store in a third world country. If I go on your website and it shows that the batter is in stock for that store why not just go to the back and confirm that. Not one associate took the time to check, they shrugged me off.

This store is always busy. It is located at a spot that is easy to find. It's at a corner on a major street. It shares the area and parking with other businesses. It has a big parking lot. Finding nearby parking is a challenge because of how crowded it normally is. I have not yet found a good working condition shopping cart at this location. Either one of the wheels doesn't work, they get stuck, or the cart makes noise. I have an issue with that. I came in today and noticed the new Christmas additions. They have sweaters, PJs, and some clothing now. Hello, December in October lol. I was looking for a quick costume. They did not have much section left for adults. It looked pretty picked. They did have plenty of costumes for small children. Even the Halloween candy section had now a few selections. The new Krispy Kreme display was a nice addition. The doughnuts tasted fresh just like the store. They had a good variety. I was happy to see it here. The employees here are not the most friendly people. They are not approachable. I would even say scary to approach because of the attitude. The customer service is horrible. If you have a question no one seems to know the answer and they become frustrated. The store is something else. They do have good savings and are well-stocked.

Worse Walmart EVER!! Rude employees. They get away with price gouging by doing it weekly until 2 months later a price has increased over 75-80%. Long lines, no cash lines, a minimum of 5 people with full carts at the checkouts. Only 9 registers out of 22 open. They had Sam's beef bone broth on the shelf. I took one. When I got to the checkout it scanned unsellable. I asked why. Some guy said it may have been recalled. I said but it's a new case on the shelf. Why was it put out or why hadn't it been pulled. I have 2 more at home and need to know if it's tainted. No answer. 20 minutes later the product is still on the shelf. I call corporate (all the way in India) and was told if the store manager doesn't feel like, then I won't receive a call back. So tomorrow I will call the board of health to try and find out what is going on. Very simple but Walmart's anti customer policy turns everything into a big deal.

There is a short Hispanic team lead of 25 years there. She saw (and heard through the walkie-talkie) us pressing the button for help and continued conversing with the other workers. When finished, she walked past us, head held straight, and we had to call her out for it. She then looked us in the eyes to say they don't do that service anymore, even though they had posters up and tools at the counter. Another customer even said they should take down the signs or at least acknowledge the customers. She really could've let us know instead of straight-up ignoring us. Get it together and do better.

This has to be one of the busiest walmarts I've ever been to. It doesn't matter what time of day you go. I left my stuff and left the store. You need way more cashiers than you have.

I took 3 folders from a shelf showing 50 cents special and but I was charged 2.38 each . I went to CUSTOMER SERVICE and instead of adjusting the charge she refunded and I had to return the folders..This Walmart is taking advantage of people LYING about a price so you need to be careful and check your receipt.Thiis Is WRONG!!
