Pretty awful place. Apart from the roaming groups of HS students loitering around and other questionable goings on, the vestibule needs some work and employee attitudes aren’t much better. Two stars simply for the free tire air. 👍

The bathrooms are locked up, the drinks are locked up, EVERYTHING IS locked up. I purchased a beer and wasn't allowed to drink it in the parking lot..?? I'm not the one who is driving. The teenagers are very ghetto and disrespectful. There was a bunch of kids who kept staring at my family and I and making rude comments.

I ordered a basic tuna sub tuna, lettuce , s&p. Got all the way home and there's onions. I have allergies to raw onions. So took it back the lady was very sweet and quickly made another and yet again onions. I repeatedly asked for no onions she said no problem. Yet get all the way home again there's onions on my sandwich. Just say extra tuna comes with onions.

Milo's energy during his overnight shift at Wawa was amazing! Despite the late hour, he was upbeat, friendly, and provided top-notch service with a smile. His positive attitude really made the experience stand out. Wawa is lucky to have him!

Very disappointed to stop in this gas station to fill the gas tank of my vehicle, to have some snack and go to the restroom and it was closed. I spoke to the security man and he said it’s closed then I spoke to the cashier while I was paying my snack and asked him if the restroom was really closed and he said yes from 10 pm to 7 am. Of course I immediately told him, so you don’t have access to the restroom either and he said no I don’t have.
I don’t know if the management is really committed with the service but also this is also a health issue because employees don’t have restroom available. I expect this situation goes to next level in this prestigious gas station company.

Terrible management here at this location.
They have full time security that does nothing but stand in a corner and make personal phone calls. They treat their loyal daily customers like criminals and waste their time making us stand in line multiple times to buy one item because the managers don’t make sure the security guards are doing their jobs.
I just looked it up and I literally spent six thousand dollars at this location last year between gas and the deli and beverages.
They have zero respect for customers. The managers are extremely rude.
You can tell that they don’t even care because they never even respond to their reviews. So they know they are terrible and don’t even have the care or even common decency to respond to complaints or reviews.
This place needs a real general manager with experience and several new employees.
Kid-friendliness: Not Kid Friendly!!! They treat kids like criminals and don’t even allow them into the store without restrictions.

Coffee starts my day right but when it tastes like I’m getting water instead of coffee is just terrible. I need coffee not water please !

The restrooms are always closed and you will have to wait till there’s no one else in line for it to be opened . While you wait, don’t pee or poop on yourself… should a customer suffer because there is drug use in the restroom? Some people go straight to the restroom before they make a purchase. The reason why it’s because it’s coming down and now you have to wait for the line to be cleared..idk use the corner by the door?

Apparently the Bathroom is closed from 10 pm to 7 am per Todd at the cash register. He said Gabe (the shift supervisor) has authority to decide on if to allow one to use the restroom. However, he was allegedly in the freezer -- a clever dead-ending likely used many times before. What an Insult to the Customer's Intelligence. Wawa appears to be following in the footsteps of 7-11 with alleged bathroom restrictions. Meanwhile, 7-11 is closing 400 stores...
