There was only one associate working the counter. I thought I might still get in and out quickly, as there were only two customers ahead of me. I thought wrong. The customer in front of me needed a third party authorization to cash a check. The teller spent between 15 and 20 minutes trying to contact the party by phone while the line of customers grew. Look, I have worked in customer service. In such a situation you say, "Sir, I have left the individual a voicemail and you're welcome to take a seat until I get a return call, at which point I will summon you back to the counter without your needing to wait in line again." Then you proceed to assist the other customers in the meantime. But please don't put the other customers at the mercy of some individual who chooses not to answer a telephone call. On an unrelated note, as I languished in line, a customer walked in to follow up with a banker in the cubicle section about an earlier inquiry, to which the banker replied, "I'm so sorry. I totally forgot." Food for thought before you drop by this branch.

There's always a staffing issue at this bank: long lines and only one teller available. What competent branch manager would think of this as being acceptable? You're better off banking with PNC Bank that's across the street. Customer service is slower than a turtle OMFG THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!

I had to get a cashiers check but wasn't a member today. Wonderful associate helped me above and beyond making a stressful situation become easy. I will be switching over to be a Wells Fargo customer because of him. Great service I'm very happy and wasn't even a member!

How unfortunate it is to visit this branch of Wells Fargo to solve something very simple and the manager receives you and she argues that she is not there to attend to those kinds of requests, then an official REY ÁLVAREZ from customer services assisted me and with such poor aptitude that neither They don't even have the education to say "good morning" or "good afternoon" what can I think of this branch if that way they serve a customer like me who has been there for 9 years. The gentleman was so rude that he didn't even tell me when I left: Thank you for visiting our bank or any of those words that I think they teach you in training. If you don't like the work that you do there on that site, you should go find a job where you feel comfortable. ??????

Waited in line 30 minutes to make a small withdrawal before 10 am. Not exaggerating. Only 2 tellers, for some reason they both were working on one transaction. One rep staring while the other actually worked. If you’re training today you should staff a 2nd person. After the first person in line finished her transaction one of the 2 tellers walked away and didn’t come back. A third teller walked out of the back office but offered no assistance at all. No apologies or explanations offered. Also their Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Heard a banker in the phone trying to find out why a huge chunk of a customers money just disappeared. Not the service I’d have expected from a Wells Fargo 10 years ago. I’ve already switched this account to extra spending money only, from being my primary account over ten years as well as savings and a mortgage. This bank just gets more and more disappointing. This particular location is a huge way set of time.

this branch is in downtown Hollywood, Florida. One of the reasons I chose this bank is because it is local and convenient for me. For the past three visits, I have had to had to wait for a total of 60 minutes to deposit a check or do another transaction. plenty of employees, but only one teller to take care of customers because the others are 'bankers' and do not care that the lobby is full, the other teller is out to lunch and people have to wait in line. I have had this bank for a few years, but was very often closed (covid reasons?), i don't know. he teller that they leave alone is not capable of helping a busy lobby full of customers . There is another employee sitting behind him on the computer, who helps him whenever he gets stuck. Meanwhile the lobby is backed up and everyone has to wait.

What's the point of having a phone if you guys never answer them? I have been calling for the hour and I keep getting forwarded to corporate when I need to speak with the supervisor at this specific branch
