The appointment before this was with Sevarin Ahmed. Unprompted, I had to hear about her unemployed 32-year-old daughter moving home to go to law school. She also volunteered that her 28-year-old son had lost his IT job, was living with her, and was playing video games all day in her home. I nodded and "uh-huh"ed a few times, but I really did not care. Of course, I was not interested in this unprofessional over-sharing. I wanted my questions answered so I could go to work. Ms. Ahmed said that I would need to come back for another appointment. When she mentioned that she would not be in early, I took the earliest time. I really did not want to ever interact with her again.
Unfortunately, she was in early this morning. She told me that my appointment was with Louis and that he was out today. Making an appointment online does not give the choice of banker. I told her I had just two quick questions, trying to head off talk of her "independent" children.
Ms. Ahmed explained the new savings APY. When I said that I had a better deal elsewhere and wanted to withdraw my money, she seemed to sour. She told me that I could get a cashier's check for the entire $148,000 from the teller, even at the drive through!!!!! I know this not possible, so I let that drop.
My second question was if she could print the tax information that I had not received and could not access online. She said she could not.
I called the Wells Fargo 800 number and was told by Eli that Ms. Ahmed could have printed the page for me and that no teller could give me a cashier's check for that amount.
The Park Road branch is walking distance from my home. I have a trust at this bank. However, I am going to leave Wells Fargo just to never be exposed to her nasty incompetence again.

I understand the complaints that people have with the drive thrus to deposit their check in the bank or to pull out some cash for other reasons, but the ATM in front of the entrance to the bank did wonders in doing both. It’s a well maintained system that it’s another alternative to a drive thru atm and still as fast as inserting cash into the ATM on car.
The customer service in the teller desk is very welcoming and professional, I never had a fuss about the people being unprofessional or rude. Same can be said with the employees who assisted me in opening my first bank account and they too were very nice, especially a lady that assisted me. They weren’t just telling you to make an account just for the sake of it, they were willing to help you with opening an account with ease without risking yourself in getting into certain errors. They will instruct you what to do with your new account so to get a better idea of how to build credit, and to develop your portfolio of how to do finance in the secure way. But this is the point of view of a College student looking for an easy start with banking, to avoid developing debit and running low on money.
I am certain that there should be some improvements with the bank, but I had a pretty decent experience with the bank.

Sat in the lobby with three other people for 15 min without being approached by anyone. A banker sat in her office and occasionally printed things off and walked right by us but ignored us even when someone called after her. Terrible customer service.

The ATM never works. There’s always a problem to deposit or take cash out.

Went thru the drive thru to make a deposit and as I drive up I made eye contact with the teller who I can see made a face where she rolled her eyes and I automatically said oh oh this one is gonna give me a hard time. I get to my lane send my checks up and she goes all 45 of your checks need to be endorsed with the business name in the back. I have gone to 10 to 15 different well Fargos up and down the state of Florida and not one made me do this procedure. I then proceed to tell her ok send them back I’ll do it and while I’m endorsing the checks her manager get on the microphone and says man is there a problem I’m like no why would there be he says well I over heard the conversation and I said ok the conversation was very normal what seems to be the problem he then proceeds to say well I just want to say that what she said is correct. I said sir at no point did I call for manager or give anyone a hard time so what seems to be the problem. He said oh no problem just letting you know. I hate that I had to do a review about this branch but I felt so harassed and discriminated on like never before. Lady teller name is Tabatha manager was don Paul from what I gathered.

Wish i could give 0 stars. Waiting for the drive thru took forever when there was only one car in front, then they didn't check my account that allows check cashing. Never had an issue at any other bank. They refused to take the deposit and force me to jump through hoops to deposit to my account. Bankers here need to be educated on what an MSB is

Horrible customer service and if you bring them any large check to cash it will take 14 days for them to clear your funds also they never have enough cash on hand for large checks they need to order funds to cover your check and that takes 5 days or more. And tellers are very Unknowledgeable and poorly trained.

An untrained teller told my tenant that he could not deposit his rent payment to me unless I signed the check. Wells Fargo needs to do better.
