An untrained teller told my tenant that he could not deposit his rent payment to me unless I signed the check. Wells Fargo needs to do better.

If I could give yall 0 stars I would. I've been calling yall since last week and, nobody has picked up the phone. Everytime I'm in there, there's barely any customers. I always see 2 employees in a office, just sitting up in a Chair. The automated system always saying that they're busy with other customers, when I barely hear any phones ringing when im there. This is a ridiculous *ss branch. Get yall *hit together. I don't know what's going on, but all I know is that its needs to get fixed asap.

I walked in to open a second business account since my closest branch was not open today due an inconvenience. Two bankers were sitting by their desks completely available, I asked if someone could help me and one of them told me they couldn't help me because I didn't have an appointment. I explained that my time for these matters is very limited. I am a business owner. They asked me to make an appointment online. I seriously wanted to close all my accounts and take my money to Chase. This is terrible customer service. What do these people get paid for? Sitting by their desks?

Worst bank ever! Never any staff, never access to anything you need. I will be removing all of my accounts immediately from Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo Hollywood on N. park road has lost its professional demeanor. The male employee was African American and said 1) I needed an appt even though NO ONE was waiting, 2)Then he said he can show me “on MY phone app”, which I don’t have.This so called employee wanted nothing to do with helping me simply bc I had no appt. He didn’t want to be bothered, period. I left dissatisfied and went to the Wells Fargo in Emerald Hills. This employee was very helpful ( The complete opposite)and showed me how to do a wire transfer on HIS computer. My advise is avoid the Hollywood branch and go to the Emerald Hills Wells Fargo where they treat you with professionalism.

I had a great visit today. I have to thank Marvin for that. His customer service was on point. He helped and resolved my issue. I was glad I ran into him.This is a very nice branch. The staff is approachable and helpful.

Absolutely the worst experience ever in a service sector industry. This branch is absolutely useless, unfriendly, lazy, unprofessional & the customer reps just sit around and collect a paycheck. Mr. Chavez & Manager Deoca should be ashamed of themselves for not helping long time account holder when there's absolutely no other customers in the lobby besides me. Just because I didn't have an appointment. It doesn't take more than two minutes to notarized one piece of paper. Yet, it took you guys longer to explain why you couldn't help me. Just do your job. What a travesty these employees exhibited. I should be so luck to be employed by Wells Fargo so I can sit around and do nothing. Do not bother with Wells Fargo if you want customer service. If I could give this branch zero star, I most certainly would. Take your business somewhere else !!!!!

Worst experience with a drive through teller. Everytime i bank with her assisting it’s always an issue I definitely need a new bank after this interaction she clearly heard my kid screaming at the top of his lung and still proceed to ask what I would like to do smh ridiculously annoying
