I had the worst experience at Wells Fargo. I was there to request a personal loan. I am there waiting. Ana refused to see me due to fact that I didn't have an appointment. She was waiting on her appointment to arrive. However, the customer in front of me didn't have an appointment. That customer left the bank and came back still was able to be seen. Ann was rude. I wish I was able to leave no stars. Please stay away from this bank!!!!

This places is extremely slow always understaffed. You come in and be here for more than 1 hours for everything. This is the branch that should have been closed down not the one on Miramar Parkway. Do not come here you are better off driving out the area even all the way to Dade County.

Absolutely terrible service. I’ve been in this line for over two hours waiting just to get my own money when I finally get to the desk they wanna give me so much problems just to give me my money because I am from Georgia and I came to Florida to get money and it’s only reason why because I’m trying to buy a car , absolutely terrible service

I have been a customer since 2012, the service at this location is unacceptable. There is no acknowledgment even if you have scheduled an appointment. I will definitely begin the process of closing all of my accounts.

I’m just over banking with Wellsfargo due to this location alone. NO MATTER THE TIME, they are busy. Thats not the problem, the tellers absolutely suck. On top of it, the point of bringing cash to the bank is to put it in your account.
“The condition of the money” crinkled? “The money will jam the counter” okay, you’re a banker, count $100 in singles by hand? “It’ll take too much of my time” YOUR JOB IS TO COUNT AND HANDLE MONEY. Stupid kid with a stupid look on his face every time I’m there.

It is always an excuse to give you your money.
It is right, tellers take more than 20 mins to help you after you sent the request.(Drive thru)
I spent 38 mins :(

The wait time is horrible…came back each day for 3 days and every day I’ve been waiting for at least 30 minutes…all appointments are 1 week out which makes no sense

The staff at this location is very unprofessional. I have a corporate account and have recently had to switch to this branch. I wait in the commercial line and when I get to the window they refuse to help. Why have a commercial line if you can't help? I go inside since they claim that is the policy and Carmen refuses to help. I call and speak to Glenn and he also refuses to help. Be very careful if you go there as they also tried to give me less than my check was when I was cashing it. DO NOT GO if you can avoid it! I will be looking for a new commercial branch near my office.
