The wait time is horrible…came back each day for 3 days and every day I’ve been waiting for at least 30 minutes…all appointments are 1 week out which makes no sense

The staff at this location is very unprofessional. I have a corporate account and have recently had to switch to this branch. I wait in the commercial line and when I get to the window they refuse to help. Why have a commercial line if you can't help? I go inside since they claim that is the policy and Carmen refuses to help. I call and speak to Glenn and he also refuses to help. Be very careful if you go there as they also tried to give me less than my check was when I was cashing it. DO NOT GO if you can avoid it! I will be looking for a new commercial branch near my office.

Very un profesional staff that dont care about customer services and im referring to the bankers will definitely be leaving well fargo after more than 10 years with them and several accounts

Ridiculous the wait time in the drive thru you have 1 guy working and 5 behind him watching. Why are they helping instead of watching !! 6 lanes and maybe 2 open if your lucky!

If you arrive here at 3pm they don't serve you and ask if you have an appointment? If you arrive before 3pm you just need $25 to open a checkingaccount. ..

Today I feel very disappointed because one as a foreigner goes through a lot to leave everything behind and I felt that the person who attended me felt some kind of racism because he saw that he was Venezuelan, I informed him that when he entered the office that I do not speak Spanish but After being here a year and a half one is forced to learn, he lends himself to try to solve my problem and he has me waiting 20 minutes and making phone calls speaking in English saying that he did not understand how I had an account with the passport I explained to him that with the contribution from my country the Venezuelan passport has an extension of 5 more years and he told me that I did not tell him that I entered this country with my American visa and I had no problem and that my account was opened right there and he kept saying that I don't understand I went to update my data with Driver license, work and social permit was something simple and I felt so bad that I told him that I would close the account because he sees it as a problem and I didn't know the name and s Guillermo and I feel that you do not have the right to help I would like the bank to contact me thank you

Wells Fargo Bank is one of the kind...it separate itself from the others...first because of the Customers Service (A+ by the way) in my seven plus years with this excellent provider of services I've have had always experience the..."customer is always right " motto for reals. I will always recommend Wells Fargo Bank...they are not only the best they are different!!!(TM).

Karla is the best! She's very attentive to what I'm there for and gets me back on the road quick. She's always ready to help with a smile and knows what to do to help me out. This branch is way out of my way, but it's worth going to, to get the customer service I receive. The best, nothing less!

This branch is sooooo slow. Over 29 minutes to make a deposit. And when you drive up there’s about 4 tellers there. Makes no sense. No other Wells Fargo branches are this delayed.
