If I could give less than one star for this location on pharmacy customer service I would. Today I spent about 30 minutes on hold with no success on getting someone to speak to only to ask the staff whether my daughter's surgeon called in a prescription for her. My first attempt was unsuccessful because you get the automated system asking for the date of birth of the patient and I guess if it cannot identify a prescription in the system for that person it sends the call to the store. I could hear a person with an accent mumble something then place the line quickly back on hold without allowing you to even speak. After getting the ring back-place on hold cycle several times, the line then disconnected after about 15 minutes of waiting. I'm not sure if the system did this after so long with no one answering the call or if the staff at the store picked up then hung up. So I called back again, same thing happened again but this time about 15 minutes into the call, I get to the pharmacy drive through (so I hung up at that point) and guess what???? No line at all in the drive through, I saw one person at the pickup counter being helped by one tech and I was immediately serviced by another tech! This had me livid especially in light of the fact that I had been on hold for about 30 minutes prior to my arrival simply to check status on a prescription and no one picked up the phone and address my question. You should not have to physically visit a store to get issues addressed!!! I'm a busy working mother with a child that is fresh out of surgery and has been vomiting all day, who has time for this craziness that Walgreens puts the customer through? The girl that came to assist me at the drive-through window sounded just like the person that was mumbling and kept putting the phone on hold so I asked her why they don't answer the phone. I guess she figured to go get the pharmacist at that point because she saw that I was not happy. The pharmacist came to the window and asked me what I needed and stated that he looked my daughter's profile up and could not find a prescription for her. I mentioned the phone issue to him as well and he didn't even apologize or acknowledge my concern. I worked at Walgreens pharmacy many moons ago, and we would never treat customers this way. They have no empathy and it's evident they could care less about you as a customer. This is not the first time that I have had issues with this location either. They never have things in stock and again, pharmacy customer service stinks. I'll be looking for somewhere else to get my prescriptions.

Their pharmacy is lacking considerably. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or what, but they don't answer their phone. We waited an entire day today to pick up a prescription that was called in since the morning. Not the first time I've experienced this pharmacy and their lacking service.

Customer service is terrible to people they are unfamiliar with. I have been to this location several times, shopping around and watching their ( 1 person in particular) interactions with others. She is very racist. With so many other stores nearby to shop, I will take my business elsewhere. I tell people often when things are good and/or bad. I don't believe a company is to big to fail. I believe they fail when they get to big to control who/what they have, they loss sight of how they got there.
