1 star is too much for this facility. Please do NOT enroll your children here to avoid any issues.

I love Young Kidz Academy for my two year old. Safety is definitely priority . One of the teachers greet each child the same every morning with so much love and affection. I could definitely say my child learning development did grow, she comes home clean every day and well fed. Teachers are active through the class dojo, administration send out updates and move with a sense of urgency.

This is one of the best daycare that I would refer someone to my daughter's been coming here for about 3 years and the staff is incredible the directors are great they're very patient and they care about the well-being of your kids my daughter enjoy going to school. And at the same time she's very happy when I pick her up everyday since my daughter's been there as the month's been going she's been learning things that are so amazing she enjoyed picking up a book and reading and she enjoyed looking for a crayons to color this is a wonderful daycare.

09/14/2022: If you actually care about your child's safety and progression I would not recommend this facility. There is no security. There is no verification in their pick-up procedures. Anyone who knows your child's name will be able to pick him up without providing any identification. God forbid your child has the same name as another child and you will be dealing with a nightmare at pick-up because they will bring you the wrong kid (happened to us a total of 4 times in the span of a month). There is no communication between teacher and parent in regards to the student's progress. They make it seem as though the ClassDojo will be constantly updated throughout the day but they upload post from days ago whenever they actually post anything. Overall, no.UPDATE 09/15/2022 8 AM: I was contacted this morning by the director, Ms. Kinnga Ferrera, informing me that her and her husband, Gregory Ferrera, would no longer be able to accept my child at the school because of the above google review. I was planning to de-enroll my child once I found a different facility but now my child is being expelled. They have an expulsion policy but we did not violate any of the terms. Rather than address the issues, they have decided to remove my child. Very comical. Red flags all across the board, if you were planning to enroll here, run away fast.UPDATE 09/15/2022 4 PM: I went to the school to pick up my child's belongings which included his book bag (which was given to the wrong parent on two different occasions) and supplies provided to the school; they were now asking for identification which you can see visibly confused the parents because they are so used to the leniency of the facility. One parent was even asking if something had happened which prompted the sudden change in procedures. We have already enrolled our child into a different school with much more organization and structure. We have already met his new teacher, a process that took 4 weeks and countless request at Young Kidz Academy. Do not be deceived by this facility and their fake accolades.

Both my boys attend Young Kids, been there for 1 year and counting. What a difference it has made in their learning. The teachers are caring and involve parents in the educational plan. The administration staff is exceptional. Always acting and attentive towards the students. Grateful for their dedication and efforts in shaping our future. Thank you!

One of the best preschools in Broward County. I can clearly see the improvement in my daughters learning skills, speech and education. At just four she’s well beyond what I expected her to know at this age and continues to surprise me every day with her vocabulary and knowledge. The staff is nothing short of wonderful and communication is great and helpful. Highly recommend this school for anyone that is looking to seek visible improvement in their children.

My daughter started last year in vpk, and she loves it, she's learning so much. Everyday when I pick her up she tells me about her letters and numbers. I see the improvement in her speech, writing, letter recognition. I would recommend this school ten times over.

I wish I could give this place a 0. The staff is money hungry that’s all they care about . They did not care about the kids . My baby hated that school since the day he started and i thought it was because it was his first daycare but he always used to always say it was a bad school with bad teachers . I never met any of his teachers . They don’t allow you in the daycare to talk to the teachers or anything . They never reported anything to me as far as my child’s behavior . No communication at all really. My baby used to tell me he used to get into fights with other kids not once did I hear anything from a teacher or any other staff . He said they used to always put him in time out for no reason . I know he’s not a perfect child but he tells me when did something wrong and sometimes he deserved to go in timeout but not all the time . One time he even told me a teacher scratched him . I confronted the school About the incident & I wasn’t able to speak with the teacher, the director spoke to the teacher for me and told me what she said . There was also one incident when my babys aunt came to pick him up for the first time they didn’t check her ID or anything . I told them I didn’t like that bc that means anyone could come to pick up my baby , they said they would check next time . Same thing occurred next time and this time they didn’t even ask her name which I needed up calling them to talk about. The guy idk who he is I think he was the director as well threaten to remove my child from the daycare . So he told me he was willing to remove my child because I had a problem with them not checking IDs of who was picking up my baby which should be apart of protocol anyway. Smh my baby now goes to a different school and is much happier and says he loves his school with nice teachers. I don’t recommend YKA

I recently moved to Broward and was very worried of what school to pick for my daughter. YKA has been an absolute blessing. The teachers, the staff, and the administrators go above and beyond for the little ones. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. You are absolutely amazing.Kailani and family ?

NO STARS AT FIRST SCHOOL SEEM NICE BUT THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY! PICK ANOTHER SCHOOL, CHILDREN SHOULD BE NUMBER 1. PARENTS COMPLAINING THAT THERE CHILDREN GET HURT EVERYDAY AND THEY SHOW LITTLE CARE. ESPECIALLY THE MAN IN THE FRONT. THE DIRECTOR SEEM UNSURE OF WHAT SHE IS DOING. I HOPE THEY TAKE THE TIME AND DO A REVIEW.

NOT HAPPY WITH THIS CHILD CARE AT ALL. I SPEND SO MUCH MONEY HERE. $200 A WEEK, UNIFROM FROM THEM $100, $50 ONLINE PIC'S, $200 THE LIST OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES. THOSE SCHOOL SUPPLIES MY SON NEVER USE. I HAND THEM OVER TO THE DIRECTOR SHE ENSURED ME SHE WILL MAKE YOUR HE GETS THEM. WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WALK TO THE CLASSROOM. 3 MONTHS LATER THE TEACH ASK FOR SUPPLIES. I FOUND OUT THEY TOOK EVERYTHING. MY SON WAS USING THINGS THE TEACHER HAVE FROM HOME. SHE FELT SORRY FOR HIM. MY SON GOT HURT 2 TIMES IN ONE 2 MONTHS. I'M HOPING THATS IT. MY SON WAS NOT EATING I DIDN'T KNOW UNTIL, I ASK. ALSO WAS NEVER SICK BEFORE BEEN THERE 3 MOST AND SICK 3 MONTHS. I HAD TO SIGN HIM OUT!

They do not provide free VPK unless you sign up for a weekly fee ($80) to make it a full time student. In regards to the owner's reply I would like to say that if that information was provided the day I asked I wouldn't have written the review.
