“We needed a quick get-away and looked into renting the Palm Tree Villa for a couple of nights. The location is amazing on Holmes Beach, AMI. It is near most everything and only also blocks away from the noisy section of Holmes Beach. It was a very short walk to the beach. The room we rented was very clean, well organized and felt like home. Having the heated pool right outside the room was perfect. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.”

“Recently stayed for two nights and had a great time. The check in and out process was very convenient, done via text and phone call, which was great because I read initially that we had to check in at a different location. Once we arrived, you could tell the property is older; it looks newly renovated. Our room was spacious and so was the separate kitchenette; however I will agree with others that the bathroom is tiny. You can barely move around in there with the door closed. Also, the AC was not super cold. On the other hand, the location was perfect for us. The beach was literally like a three min walk from our room. The sunset views were amazing. We also enjoyed the pool and the outdoor shower was convenient for a quick sand rinse off before returning to our room after the beach. There are also great places to eat and hang out nearby. I would definitely consider staying at this property again next time we visit Anna Maria Island.”
