Tried to mail a package this morning and the older lady working (Sue?) was so rude that I left without actually shipping it. She kept walking away when I asked for rates, and then was shaking her finger and ‘shoo-ing’ me away! I will not return to that location.

The old lady who works the counter is beyond rude. I have been there twice and she has been sour both times. So much that I drove to find a new post office....only to find the post office on Anna Marie island is closed.

Cute gifts/artwork along with USPS services. Sadly, I will not return and will go off island for shipping needs after visiting this store, which is unfortunate as I live on the island. The older woman, who worked in the morning was very unpleasant; rude to both myself and the customer before me who were both very friendly to her. I almost walked out prior to finishing my shipment.

Older Lady working the counter has the most awful attitude towards customers. Laura ( the owner, who works in the afternoon) is great and super friendly. Based on all the other reviews I think the time has come for your employee to retire

Lady that works the counter always has a snarky comment. This lady never smiles and never has anything nice to say to anyone. Looks like a permanent scowl is frozen on her face. Please retire so we can have someone kind and helpful at our local post office.

Please don't take to heart reviews posted years ago this location has changed dramatically. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and patient with customers and made sending packages very nice experience! I highly recommend to others because of how patient and and accommodating the staff were. They answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease.

Rude and over matched. Sent priority mail 1-3 days and its been 10 days. Blame Covid etc. Checked back there and the nightmare of a woman came out with nothing but attitude. Never use again! I will pay triple than use USPS and USPS AMI
