They offer convenient services like curbside pickup. However, service can be inconsistent, with some employees described as slow. There is also a noted problem for non-English speakers, as they lack Spanish-speaking staff, which causes annoyance. Their warranty process for items like batteries can be perceived as weird, requiring returns to the original purchase location.
