Purchased an ECM wih a security delete to bypass the security (no start) issue on 1999 Suburban. The ecm I received had not been programmed correctly. It didn't know the manufacturer, which the vin number would have done that. Also the security light came on immediately with no start, meaning it did not have a security delete. I needed to get it running, so took the old ecm to a local shop that deleted the security. Plugged it in and the suburban fired right up. I returned the poorly programmed (or not programmed at all) ecm and received a refund less than half what I paid. When I call them, they say a supervisor will call me back. No call back. This place will make sure they make money, even if they don't give you what you order.

It took awhile, and a little pricy but once everything got into place with the parts they had to acquire, and to program it. Put it in and its right as rain. Thanks guys! You’re the best.

TCM programmed is what I needed and thats exactly what I got. A brand new one from any auto store was over 200 and not programmed. These guys sent ne a refurbished one ready to plug in and drive for 40$ cheaper.
If you're looking for a TCM I recommend these guys 1,000%.

Took over a week to get the computer, then once installed displayed an error code. They requested I return the computer, did not offer to exchange and then I received an email stating they would keep 30% of my refund plus shipping costs (I paid for shipping) depending on results of tests on the computer once they received it back for a “restocking fee”. This was an absolute nightmare of a process for me as I am a single parent with one vehicle and was unable to drive my car for weeks due to this back and forth with them. Tech support was extremely unhelpful. They couldn’t even tell me what the error code meant. I wish I could give zero stars.

Truck ran good for 2 days now it’s showing misfires on 2&4 I replaced the plugs and ignition switch and it didn’t help still showing the same issue. Do you think I might need to get the ignition switch replaced

Ordered BCM. They called needing more info because they couldn't verify using the vin. Told me to take it somewhere local to have them verify info. If I gotta go somewhere local, I'll just have someone local do the whole thing.

Was very happy with the refurbished TIPM. Plug and play with simple directions to finish setup. Truck runs great. New part came with prepaid shipping label to return core. Would recommend to everyone.

I ordered a rebuilt ECU for my 06 Sienna. It took 6-8 weeks to get here. It didn't work. I sent it back, took another 2 weeks to get back to me. Same problem. I sent it back, took 2 weeks to get a refund minus $100. I'm extremely dissatisfied and wish I never dealt with them. So, basically I'm out $100 and 3 months wasted.

I bought an RF Hub for my 2013 RAM that was programmed to my VIN. It was a little more expensive than the programmed ones, but came with 2 key fobs. One key for my truck is about $225 to have made, so it was absolutely worth it. There are plenty videos on YouTube to walk you through the installation process. Just a heads up, it takes a few days for them to program it to your VIN, so expect about a week or so from order to arrival.

Ordered a win node for my 300c 2008. Got it in a timely manner but once installed threw a ecu mismatch code called them. Got the run around for 3 days someone fi ally called me back to tell yes mail in the oem for ur warranty and we get a new sent to u and all this jazz and over a week has now gone by and nothing had to AGAIN on mon to be told someone will reach to u but never does.
If I could give 0 stars I would've at this point boost a solid warranty but dont follow thru with and when u call THEY NEVER HAVE ANSQERS FOR YOU EXCEPT TO SAY I WILL MAKE A NOTE OF AND WATXH YOUR EMAIL if that is the biggest load of crap and ....well yea. Gon a have to spend another 400$ somewhere again. They are clearly a scam

Highly recommended! I recently purchased a TIPM from your company for my sons 2012 Jeep Liberty and just wanted to say I couldn't be happier with the results. Your sales department, tech department, engineers and products are top notch! I'll be sure to pass along your company info to anyone looking for what your company supplies. Again thank you so much!
