I wish I could give them 0 ⭐️ I am upset I asked to leave work early to see the eye doctor two weeks before I gave them my vision insurance and I told them the type of insurance I had at no time did they tell me that they did not receive my insurance and to conclude when I got there everyone sitting on the cell phone there looked at me They didn't even greet me when I entered, the customer service is very terrible, I never make an appointment again, not even to be self-pay, I do not recommend anyone to there business this I don't want anybody to have the same experience as me.Horrible horrible they don't care about the customer at all. And if you coming to this place Please call your insurance before anything.

Had an appointment they refuse to allow my daughter, who's 17, to check in while I parked the car which caused the appointment to be canceled while I was parking as my daughter stood inside. Customer service was not great. Elizabeth said appointments are canceled after 10 minutes then she switched to 7 minutes so she couldn't make up her mind on the time. Elizabeth, manager said appointments are canceled after 7 minutes but I received the message after 9 minutes after my daughter was already inside trying to check in.

First time here and I was very happy with my experience. I checked in for my appointment, waited in the waiting area no longer than 5 minutes. The eye doctor called me right away. Next I went to look for my glasses and I was helped by Wanda. Super nice, friendly and made me feel welcome. She was very knowledgeable and had very great customer service. Can’t wait to get my glasses soon. Thank you Wanda!!

Save yourself the trouble. The worst company honestly. Didn't give me all the information I needed to understand their ridiculous policy then basically said it was my problem and that I needed to pay for another exam only after 3 months. Obsurd.

I've been a customer for 10 years. Every time I go, it's pleasant and positive experience. Two weeks ago I went in because my eyeglass were broken (not the glass but the parts/legs that go over the ears). I was assisted by Amanda. For the last 3 years she has assisted me always. Amanda resolved my problem with my eyeglasses immediately and pleasantly, always with a smile and cheery attitude. Last week, I got my replacement glasses. Amanda, then and in the past has been knowledgeable about all things eyeglasses and totally pleasant with everything. I HIGHLY recommend ABC&E and Amanda to get whatever problem you have resolved, in a pleasant and expeditious manner. Thanks again, Amanda!

I went for an annual check up and had a great experience. Hansel the CL specialist treated me with great customer service, answered all my questions, and did it all with a smile. Employees like Hansel make a difference. Thank you Hansel!

Every time I come here they make me wait longer than necessary. These people are the worst. If I have an appointment at a certain time, why first take care of a person that came in 30 min later? Why make appointments at all? And if you know you have people waiting for you, why take your sweet time with the people you have in front of you? I can hear the conversations, it's not like you have thick walls. Why ask for their entire life story and keep the other people waiting for another 30 min? WHY?!?!?!But it's really my fault because I keep coming back here EVERY YEAR. It's convenient and close to my house, but I should learn my lesson.
