The young son was very courteous and knowledgeable. I always appreciate young adults trying their best. Young dude changed my watch battery in less than 10 mins . You have a customer for life.

Fast, efficient, and all around great place for repairs. Had a watch that needed the face replaced and they did a perfect job. Watch looks brand new and the wait was only a few days. I recommend them over any place.

Glad to say I got to work with the owner on an engagement project I had planned. Prior to going to this store I went to others to pick out designs and stone type for the ring and either they don’t know what a moissanite is or they just don’t work with that type of gemstone which caused frustration. Later coming to this store I was met with the patience and help I was needing to get everything my now fiancé dreamed of and it turned out great with the excellent craftsmanship.

Andrew from Andy Fischer and Sons have been excellent at re-setting my ascher-cut ring. He and his son are so helpful in explaining the process and gave me several options to consider. My new setting is beautiful and I am so very happy I can wear it again. I highly recommend this family-owned store for all your fine jewelry needs.

I love them! I took my bracelet to a pawn shop one time to have the clasp fixed, it broke again two days later. My boyfriend took it to this place and the clasp hasn't broken once since.

Amazing work! Couldn't have imagined a better looking set! I lost a pendulum with a chain while traveling. It was part of a set (earings and the neck piece) and I was very sad about loosing it as it was given to me by my grandmother. They were able to replicate and make a new piece that looks exactly how the old one did! It is truly incredible

I love this place. I generally go there for small jobs related to some of my watches that I don't have the eyesight or manual dexterity to do for myself. Even though this is simple work that doesn't pay the shop very much, they always treat me as if I were buying a new Rolex. I truly enjoy doing business with them and highly recommend them. When the day comes that I do buy a new Rolex, I'll get it from them!
