My experience was the complete opposite of the experience I had at 32951 south Dixie hwy. They attended me very quickly and resolved my issue with 100% satisfaction! This will be my new store in Homestead! That other store needs some major work with attending customers in a timely fashion

I bought a new iPhone 13 Pro Max in 2021 from this store. From the beginning I had some issues with my phone but didn’t think too much into it. I started having severe issues with it this year with battery and the screen. I took it to a store to geek squad to change the battery. When they opened the phone everything and when I say everything was aftermarket parts and not apple, like everything. Do not shop here

As we entered the store we were greeted by all employees and Johnpaul the store manager he was very polite, helpful and caring he really hooked up me and my family I'll recommend anybody to him

Anytime my husband and I need any assistance with our android phone we come to this location. Its very welcoming and John Paul is the best. His personality with us as customers is always top notch. John Paul is always helpful, courteous and patient.

There's several AT&T stores in Homestead, but I always go to this location for all my at&t needs. Whether it's adding a line or upgrading a phone, the store manager JP and his staff go up and beyond to make sure all my needs are met. There's ample parking in a covered garage, never crazy wait times like the other stores and the staff is kind and knowledgeable. The store is neat and clean. I recommend this store to all my friends and family.
