My name is Laura, we were in the store with a salesman named Andrew who gave us deceptive service and nothing he said about the prices and discounts were not real. We passed the 3 phone lines and the internet and also had gift card discounts. For switching to them with everything at once, nothing is true and they put you in a 3-year contract, which affects your credit. It is a lack of ethics and morality to use clients with manipulation of discounts that they cannot meet for all people. THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING AT THIS DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE SO THAT YOU ARE NOT AFFECTED BY LIES WHICH CAN COST YOU HUNDREDS OF MONEY IN YOUR NEXT PAYMENTS AND END UP LIKE US

THEY HAVE A SUPPOSED MANAGER CALLED ANDREW WITH THE WORST SALES TOOL WHICH IS A LIE USING DISCOUNTS WHICH ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND REPRESENTING A COMPANY WITH SO MUCH BALLS AND PRESTIGE IT WOULD BE A SHAME THAT AS A FRANCHISE WHICH ARE ITS OWNERS RODNEY AND JOHNETTE KNOWLES DO NOT BEAN AND REALIZE HOW ALL THIS CAN AFFECT YOU WITH SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY AND RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS I AM PROCESSING A DIRECT CASE WITH THE AT&T COMPANY SO THAT THIS PERSON AND HIS STORE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DECEPTION AND MANIPULATION OF USING DISCOUNTS TO CHANGE TO THE CUSTOMERS OF OTHER COMPANIES WITH LIES ABOUT WHAT IS USUAL, IT APPEARS THEY ALSO HAVE SOME PEOPLE WHO DO WORK WITH SAFE AND PROFECTIONAL HELP LIKE DANIELA CANOSA WHO DESPITE EVERYTHING HAS TRIED TO GIVE US SOME OF THE SOLUTIONS I WILL NOT STOP TAKING THIS UNFORTUNATE CASE UNTIL THE SOLUTION IS NOT FINISHED

Not a single of the 5 employees on the floor acknowledged us. Spent 5 minutes looking around and not a single communication from anyone. Go to another AT&T store the employees at the store have to customer service skills.
