Yesterday I bought a case of eyelashes with their glue for 24 dollars and it turns out that today when I opened it to put on my eyelashes, the glue was completely empty, it didn't have anything at all š¤¦š»āāļø, I spent my money for the hell of it omg.

All I have to say is customer service @ itās Finest, as a Gentleman , I do have a phone number with & venture to Ulta occasionally but today I stoped by with a nice List of misc that would take me 3 hours to find with just me & my other buddy alone. Rachel & Mellisa came to my aid & when I say I had the best shopping experience anyone could ask for mean it! There really are amazing human beings out there who take a lot of pride in the little things they do that make the biggest difference in the lifeās of the individuals around them. Above & beyond they both went to make sure I got everything I needed & then some. Excellent sales Women.
Asked to speak to the StoreManager to Congratulate her on her truly Exceptional Floor Staff; (hospitality/retail is difficult finding great people who genuinely care about a great welcoming customer experience especially in Miami) she was equally as nice & had expressed how just the day Prior it had been Madness for them there. Even after one of their busiest days Iām guessing of the Season, these girls come into the work the next day giving 150%. THATS HOW YOU MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!
I hope someone in higher management sees this review & does something special for the girls at this store because they really made my shopping experience one of A Kind. They are a HUGE component 2 why corporations like Ulta are as successful as they are. Thank you all again for being Kind. Happy Holidays.

I booked a hair appointment at 2:30, walked in 15 minutes before and was told there would be a short delay, ended up waiting 3 hours, my hair was cut completely dry with no hair wash or styling (thatās included in the basic hair cut service) and was overcharged $30 for having ātextured hairā The staff is incredibly rude and had to involve the manager because I was not getting overcharged for only receiving 1/3 of the service offered. Never doing this again especially at the Homestead Ulta location.

Nat A at Ulta Beauty was so helpful for me!! I had taken a few years break from wearing makeup, and I was overwhelmed walking into the store. Nat A helped me to find everything I needed for a glamorous event. And she explained briefly how to do an elegant face. I bought more than I intended- but am happy with my purchases. Now every time I wear my makeup, I am thankful for her help. And my family say thay I have never looked better.

Iām never returning here againā¦.
A while ago around March 2024, I made an in store purchase for it to get delivered to my home as the store did not have the product at the time. I purchased the Charlotte Tilbury Setting Spray for $54.
To my disappointment, this product was never delivered to my home. Initially, I went ahead to call customer service to report this and they told me to go to the store and speak to them about it. I did that a few days afterwards and they just told me āitās a waiting game nowā as the cashier at the time put in my wrong email address as well as the wrong home address. I have strong belief that the worker put in her own address instead of mine and purposely put the wrong email. This is unacceptable.
I returned to the store requesting a refund and they denied me it. From then and there I never will return to the store. If i could give it 0 stars I would!!

Alysha, a rep from MAC assisted me with my make up. Not only did she provide excellent advice and service but her marvelous personality made it a pleasure to work with her. I ended up buying additional items on her advice. Great salesperson!

The in store shopping is fine, but donāt order for pickup.The pickup sucks. They never come out. They just have you waiting outside and if you call or go in , they say they are short staffed and someone must be at the counter at all times. Extremely disappointed if you canāt always physically go into the store due to disability, injury, etc.

I ordered something for curbside pick up and it said it was in stock. Drove here and waited, then they cancelled my order bc they didnāt have what I bought in stock. Waste of time.
