Awesome place to go! The employee Kordell really helped us out with our tires, how to spot a bad tire and even recommended another cheap place that sells new tires. Truly good person that works there, and gives good car tips for free!

Join the club and downloaded the app. Been a member for years. I have a new app you can scan as you go. When you're done, you press finish and the charges you for the items in your cart. All sounds quick and easy. Until you get to the front door. Employee has to scan everything in your cart again .. so where is the time saving??? Where is the convenience??? If you don't trust me to check out, probably don't have me do it......

This BJ's has the cheapest gas in the area, so we stopped here to fill up. Both times we were here there were lines to get to the pump, so just be patient.We also stopped inside the store to get a few items. They check your BJ's ID card now so have yours ready as you walk in.This store has an optical department and several self check out registers.Large and well organized, I liked my experience at this BJ's.

This has to be the worst Bjs in the US, customer service is TRASH, trying to call to speak with someone is virtually IMPOSSIBLE. I'm trying to call to advise them about my pickup order that was absolutely incorrect, every time the phone rings at customer care the rep picks up and hangs up or lets the phone ring continuously then put the call back in the queue. Terrible customer service 0/10

Talk about rude employees. No hello, thank you, your welcome. Had my cold cuts practically thrown at me . Then when leaving the old lady who checks receipts said my wife insulted her. Starts arguing in Spanish and when I said we don't speak Spanish she told me YES you do. I don't speak Spanish but negrito sounds racist to me

I've been a long time shopper for many years and even worked at this location for a period of time. I can say what without a doubt it's one of the most poorly managed business in Homestead. No sense of communication between employer or employee, double standards, favoritism among management, etc; The general manager Shawn is running the store into the ground, constantly changing where products are and even changing the availability of some products. I needed help returning a TV at the customer service desk and Alina, who I believe is a manager was the one "helping" me. Without a doubt one of the rudest and most upsetting employees of any business let alone grocery store in my life. Completely unhelpful and impatient. DO NOT SHOP HERE

If you know your card machine does not work post a sign so that customers know. There's nothing more annoying than to stand in line to get a new card and find out the machine doesn't work. That's after you've waited in line for 20 minutes.

The service here is absolutely terrible. I would have much rather paid double what they charged me but have gotten better service overall. They are understaffed and because of that they do a quick FAULTY job. My tires were replaced and when I started driving I noticed whenever I hit a bump or something I could hear scraping from the right side of the car. I took my car back for them to check and they didn’t offer any help and said that it was a separate issue than the tires. That is not the way to conduct service. Extremely unprofessional and there is a big lack of knowledge. If they were not the proper tires for the car then why would someone put the tires and send someone on their way? Will never have any tire service done at BJs ever again.

Some time ago when I had my tires rotated, the tite tech cross threaded one of the nuts while installing one of the tires. Now that it was time to replace the tires, we now found out that the tire could not be removed so we had to break the lug to get the tires off. But on a Honda CRV, you cannot change the lug easily and we had had to also replace the bearing. Price to replace the right front lug was $80 for the bearing, lug, and nut.. 3 hr labor for a mechanic to replace the parts. You do the math!!!! Another time we went in to fix a flat and were told that they had no patches... but for over 3 months?? More incidents so a word to the wise... Do not go to BJ for tires..!!!! Warranty not wort the trouble !! No good..!!

I was helped out by Robert in the auto dept, I was having difficulty with my tire sensors and I just couldn't get it off. After applying air to my tires and the light still not coming off Robert insisted on ensuring I left with that light off. He did it though! I realized I only had $3 Cash and gave it to him he didn't want to accept which was even sweeter.next time I will make sure to have more $. We need more customer service reps like Robert!

Sadly after seventeen years of membership in multiple states I have had the worse experience ever at this homestead location. As I was shopping on 11/1/20 early around when store first opened I had the miss fortune of encountering the young woman at the deli counter with large piercings in her ears. She was very disrespectful for no obvious reason. Then when I mentioned it she told me she didn't care how I felt and I wasn't her boss. Maybe she had a bad day but that's no excuse too lash out at customers. I'm considering not shopping this location anymore because this behavior is. Unacceptable and needs to be properly eradicated.
