I called prior closing and they told me I could come by the store to receive the service. There was a note on the store so I waited but nobody came by, it was prior closing at 8:00 pm as indicated on the signs and webpage. Literally illegal to refuse service when you still open? Plus it’s not the first experiences they’re not loyal to opening or closing hours. I drove an hour since it was the only store opened tonight until 8 and waited there until “closing time” for nothing.

Jose m ripped me off by selling me a plan that I didn't agree on I was told to pay 25 every month not 60+ and there's more people here complaining about the same they're just trying to make sells and don't care about the costumer

One thing I've always loved about boost Mobile they always have a store near. Nice and clean and so well organized. Always a nice selection of phones display. The sales reps are always knowledgeable and very helpful. Found what I was looking for since my first phone my LG 5 stylus had broken. Being an old customer, I managed to get a wonderful deal on a Galaxy A13. I've been around a number of the least greats mobile phone providers. I have yet to see one that tops boost Mobile in customer service. Don't take my word see for yourself.

The lady who works at the store didn't open the door to let me in. And from the computer she told me something that I didn't understood because the door was locked. This store it's supposed to be open. I don't know how a business can function if you don't sell a service, this probably is for money laundry.

I WAS SOLD ONE OF THEIR SUPPOSEDLY HIGH END WALL CHARGERS BY A REP NAMED JOSE AS THE BEST THING SINCE SLICED CHEESE FOR MY PHONE MADE BY ATALAX© FOR WHICH I PAID $22.14 AMOUNT WHICH THEY REFUSED TO GIVE BACK FOR A FAULTY PIECE OF EQUIPMENT, OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT. LIKE THE REST OF THEIR PRODUCTS REPS AND SERVICE. UTTER GARBAGE. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. U CAN KEEP THE $22.14 BOOST....
